I made a mistake on my first booking so before I corrected it I called trip.com and they said they can cancel the one and let me rebook . When I checked in the clerk told me ok they noted and will not double charge me. Three months later I found they charge on my credit card so I called the holiday inn the manager Tiffany said it's an issue between me and third party. I clarified with Trip.com and they told me they had refunded me. If holiday inn did not get money how can they let me leave the day I checked out and how they found three months later charging me if they got paid via Trip.com. The manager Tiffany refused to answer me if they received money. I think they will continue to steal money from my credit card again. Shame on you!

- DDDavidJun 14, 20261.0This review is about Holiday Inn in general. I booked a room with reservations and was told their rewards program was free, but I explained I didn't want to sign up for them. I was transferred anyway but I quickly told the representative I was not interested and ended the call. The next day my credit card was charged 4 times for different amounts, I quickly called and canceled my reservations. Very very disappointed. I used too stay at Holiday Inn regularly but no more. Very unprofessional Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. Future customers beware!!!!
