  Excellent for long stays. Full kitchen with all the utensils including pots and pans and cutlery. Loved my stay. No freebie breakfast items and the coffee maker was complimentary but broken while I was there. In this price range it's unbeatable for all the amenities especially location.

  This room had such potential.We stayed here May 14 and unfortunately we checked in on the day the rooms were steamed cleaned. Everything was wet. You couldn't sit on the couch, floors were wet and you couldn't put your bags on the floor or take off your shoes. We requested a different room and were told sorry nothing could be done and things would be dry in a hour. We were left for four hours and everything was still wet when we returned. We were reduced to being super cautious to prevent falling when getting from the bathroom to the bed because the floors were wet and slippery and had to dry our feet before getting back in bed. This was a miserable trip!

  I recently had a really disappointing experience at the Candlewood Suites Lafayette River Ranch by IHG. A week before my stay, I booked directly on their website and requested a pack-and-play for my baby. Nothing on the site indicated that I needed to call to confirm, so I assumed everything was set. When we arrived, the front desk told us they never have them on site. We had a terrible night our baby, who always sleeps in his own bed, was crying and uncomfortable. It felt unsafe having him in our bed. The next day, I called management and spoke with David, who was dismissive. He claimed they do have cribs, but they were likely in other rooms. I explained I had requested it, expecting it to be ready. He insisted I should have called ahead, despite no such instruction on the site. The call ended with him showing no care and saying nothing more could be done. It was an awful experience, and I want others to be aware before booking.

  This hotel is horrible! The smell is horrible in my room and when I shared this concern they provided a bottle of air freshener to spray my room.It smells like chemical and something burning and I have never been met with the worst service ever, they care about sales more than accommodating someone who has a concern. There are dirty pots that have rancid smell sitting on the stove . The carpet smells horrible and management does not care. I have never left a bad review ever and I will not be setting foot in this hotel again.This hotel is horrible!   Location is great right next to EVERYTHING! Rooms are cheaply made I have never heard so much commotion during the night. If you have someone above your room you can literally hear them walking knocking closing and shutting doors ITS RIDICULOUS! There are some many more options in this area choose differently if you can. Kitchenette was convenient, however double check and wash all dishes majority of the items were not clean.
