- BPBrianna-Alee PoydrasJul 30, 20261.0The hotel should not be charging those prices. There is rust everywhere in the bathroom. The carpet smells like corn chips and was stained. The bathroom has mold really bad. I am pretty sure something was biting us. We have bite marks all over. The hotel staff does not respect privacy, whatsoever. They literally just bust in. The WiFi was non existent. The Tv did not work. And the electricity on one side of room was completely out. The refrigerator did not stay cool. These people are insane for the prices of those rooms with the living conditions. Don’t even get me started on the roaches & bugs.

Very friendly and helpful. Her customer service was outstanding. I travel a lot for work and wish I ran into more people like her. Room was very clean and comfortable. I hope to see her again next time!!
