- RRRonaldAug 14, 20264.0Rented a suit for overnight with sleeper sofa to be used as well. The mattress on the sofa was nearly 'non-existent' due to wear and age. Contacted front desk to make them aware and offered to change out. I Chose not to bother as unsure of sufficent alternative as well as being just too tired to deal with it.
- TGTee GardnerAug 7, 20263.0Day 1 Sunday. 5th floor had a horrible smell when we got off the elevator. My room smelled like someone defecated in there right before I opened the door. I had to purchase plug ins. My coworkers a/c unit in his room was leaking water that saturated the carpet by the window and gave off a horrible odor in the room. They moved him to another room. Day 2 Monday. My door was left open after housekeeping cleaned because the door doesn’t close all the way unless pulled close. Day 3 Tuesday. Room key doesn’t work.. random maintenance person walking around with a power tool in his hand on the 5th floor unlocks my door by tapping it w/something (I hear my door lock click) before I could say anything and locks it back w/o me asking him to unlock my door when I tell him it’s alright I’m going to go get it reset. Security issue. Day 4 Wednesday. Had to get my key reset for the second time along with several other guests. Free fresh baked cookies. Day 5 Thursday free fresh baked cookies. Day 6 Friday smooth check out. Staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out. I had no issues with noises overnight from people coming and going. I would not recommend this hotel though due to the issues listed.

- GPGary PateApr 15, 20263.0The staff at this property was nice. FYI This was another IHG Property with no Coffee pot in the room. I am a Diamond member. I have it in my notes I would like a ground floor. I was put on the third floor and you have to go all the way to the ground floor to have Coffee. Thanks, IHG for allowing your franchise’s to make the decision of keeping coffee pot in the rooms. Nothing like customer service and saying, thank you for being a Diamond member. Let’s save a dollar by being an inconvenience to your Diamond members. I’m glad all the IHG properties have not taken the Coffee pots out of their rooms. I stayed in 2 different IHG properties the 2 following nights and not only did they both still have coffee pots in the rooms but one of the hotels even had cookies for their guest.
