  Ms. Shontel went above and beyond the call of duty to address my room situation. She handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine smile, making a stressful situation much easier. Employees like her are truly an asset. Kudos to her for outstanding customer service and dedication!

  Came here and the bathroom smelled moldy and the floors were never swept. Then I got a call from the front desk twice saying theres a leak from my bathtub going to the lobby the owner made it seem like it was my fault. When I got out the bathroom I also noticed that someone had for sure opened my door while I was in there, I asked the owner he said no one came in but I didnt believe him because I had an object I put by the door just in case it moved I knew someone had came in, so I knew he was lying. Then I asked why the jacuzzi was cold. He said it’s a spa pool not a hot tub. But it states on the website it’s a hot tub. It’s colder than the actual pool. I booked this hotel cause it’s one of the only few around the area with one. This hotel could absolutely be updated.

  Staff is friendly and attentive all times of day and night. When we forgot a wallet in the room, the desk clerk immediately checked the room herself and retrieved our items. When we pulled up to the front door, someone was already delivering the wallet to us. I have not seen such care and concern in a long time. The rooms were just as clean and spacious as the pictures online. We will definitely return here for our next New Orleans visit
