  Staff is friendly and attentive all times of day and night. When we forgot a wallet in the room, the desk clerk immediately checked the room herself and retrieved our items. When we pulled up to the front door, someone was already delivering the wallet to us. I have not seen such care and concern in a long time. The rooms were just as clean and spacious as the pictures online. We will definitely return here for our next New Orleans visit

  Yesterday the manager talked to me like an idiot because I didn't have shoes on in the breakfast area. He talked down to me like I was stupid and said it was a safety issue. He then proceeded to watch me like a hawk while I got some bacon to take up to my 6 year old daughter and then asked me if I needed a napkin like I was going to destroy the room. Don't talk to me or treat me like I'm stupid of act like I'm an unwanted guest.

  I’m giving this 2.5 stars only because the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was warm. However, the rest of the experience was incredibly disappointing. For an airport hotel, the lobby lacks the most basic amenities you’d expect—there was no coffee or tea available for those of us with early departures. But the real issue was the breakfast service, which was a total disaster. We found a cockroach in the dining area, and the oranges on the buffet were moldy. The hotel was so understaffed that both the front desk and dining area were unmanned, leaving me to trap the roach under a cup myself because there was no one to report it to. When a manager finally arrived 30 minutes later, the situation went from gross to unprofessional. She took a picture of the roach and then proceeded to kick the cup across the dining area while we were still sitting there trying to eat. It is a shame that a decent room is overshadowed by such poor management and a lack of basic hygiene standards. If you value a sanitary breakfast and professional service, I would avoid this place.

  The young lady at the desk was amazing, Shontel? Apologies if I missed spelled her name. She was fantastic. Polite and insanely helpful. Got us a great room with a Jacuzzi and extra blankets. We sleep super cold at night lol being away from home can be somewhat hectic and she made it easier and more comfortable by being so awesome. It's the people that really sell a place. The room was nice, clean and comfortable.
