  One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, the staff and service were absolutely top-tier. Everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and friendly, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The food and drinks were AMAZING! Everything we tried was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. We also had such a great experience traveling with our kids. The environment was very family-friendly, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone. It’s not always easy finding a place where both adults and kids can have a great time, but this hotel definitely delivered. Overall, we had an incredible stay and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

  I drove in from Texas last Wednesday for my dad’s surgery, inquired about early check in because I was exhausted. Let me first start off with the greeting as I walked in. There was a person eating a banana at the front desk having a conversation which what I assumed to be the front desk clerk. They continue thier conversation before I was greeted. When I was finally greeted, hands in her pockets very unwelcoming as if I was bothering her. I inquired about checking in early due to my drive in and my for my dad’s surgery. “I doubt we.have anything but yeah I will check. yep we don’t have anything.you have to come back at 3.” Very dismissive, abrupt and unwelcoming. Head back down reading what she was reading and hands back in her pockets! I understand the check in policy, what I don’t understand or care for as a person who travels a lot is the guest experience I received! When I told her just cancel the reservation. She said very loudly for everyone in ear shot to hear “ Oh you booked your reservation on booking.com we can’t cancel that, and even if it wast booked through them we don’t cancel same day reservation. Head back down reading whatever was in front of her hands in her pocket.So because of that experience I will never book here again. It seemed like a beautiful hotel but I didn’t get past the front desk!

  HI Hammond has the most hospitable staff! We lodge many places including Ritz Carlton and Waldorf, but the staff at this Holiday Inn is on an entirely separate tier. When EVERYONE is exceptional, you have to applaud the employees and management’s ability.

  This is a very hotel, our room was excellent. The scent in the hotel lobby, hall and room has an refreshing smell. Getting to the location was tricky best to fellow your GPS.

  Hard to get In-N-Out of the parking lot other than that excellent guest services. Excellent rooms, excellent staff. Excellent
