  All I’m gonna say is: you gotta be deaf to stay in this place. Or you’ll want to go deaf after one night sleeping next to the highway. Pure torture… (yes, I did bring my noise-canceling earplugs)

  i specifically sought a hotel that had free parking, close proximity to downtown, cheap rates, and clean rooms. the weather bank tower did not disappoint. all staff was incredibly helpful and kind. on site *free* parking was incredible. it typically costs around $50 a day at OTHER hotels, even ones not as close to downtown. navigating the roads around it can be a bit confusing the first time you visit, but after you’ve done it once, you can do it a million times. rooms + lobbies were clean. i can’t speak on amenities, as i didn’t use any, but i’m sure they would be just as great as the rest of the place. even though it’s right by a highway, none of the highway noise can be heard from our room. overall, i feel incredibly lucky to have found this hotel. thank you west bank tower staff for the wonderful experience.

  Our company frequently books us at this hotel for work, so we've had the opportunity to stay here several times. Overall, the hotel is very good, but I would especially like to recognize Cristian, the bartender. Cristian is an incredible person—always friendly, professional, and attentive. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of his service, as previous visits had not always provided the best experience. He truly makes a difference. The drinks are excellent and consistently well-prepared, and his positive attitude makes spending time at the bar even more enjoyable. The one area that could use significant improvement is the food menu. The selection is quite limited and mostly consists of simple snacks. Since many of us stay at the hotel during work trips, it would be great to have more substantial and varied food options available without needing to leave the property. In summary, Cristian provides exceptional service, the drinks are outstanding, and he is a major asset to the hotel. The hotel is a great place to stay, but improving the food menu would make the overall experience even better.

  Stayed two night. The service was delightful & friendly. The room was spacious & clean with a great view. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean & usable. My room was over the highway, so once in a while, a vehicle would pass by that made some noise, but nothing intrusive. The only downside is that breakfast is not free. It's $15, or $10 in advance, and the quality is WAY below most free hotel meals. I'm sure this has something to do with the fact that the attached restaurant provides it, but seriously, it's not a good breakfast. And what hotel breakfast service runs out of eggs at 8am?!? Other than that, I strongly recommend this hotel.

  Overall, this is a decent hotel for the price, but staying here can feel a little like gambling—you never quite know what you’re going to get. One stay everything works fine, the next the Wi-Fi is acting up, the AC has a mind of its own, or the TV remote is missing batteries. The beds are surprisingly comfortable, although I’d describe them as comfortable in a “laying a beach towel on concrete” kind of way—firm, but still good enough for a decent night’s sleep. After so many years of visits, and what felt like endless construction and remodeling projects, the hotel still has a familiar feel that reminds me of my first stays here. As for food, I’d skip DoorDash unless you enjoy paying extra for disappointment. The hotel restaurant isn’t much of a draw either. Your best bet is to pick up food before arriving or drive about three miles to Texas Roadhouse. Unless fast food is your thing, you’ll probably be happier with those options. What keeps me coming back is the location. It’s in a prime spot whether you’re heading downtown or planning to stay on the West Bank. If you go in with reasonable expectations, it’s a solid option that offers good value and a convenient base for exploring the area.
