- AMAdrien Mewhinney5 days ago4.0I asked for a wakeup call. I never got the call. One of the plugs is pulling put of the wall. The front desk ladies are nice but the guy this morning acted like I was bothing him. The breakfast and Dinner I had were amazing. I look forward to staying there again

There was a huge line as they won't let anyone check-in a second before 3pm. Very strict. Breakfast is paid for non-members and the options and quality is OK at best. Not worth the $15 per person.

The bartender was very rude, and service took an unusually long time. I understand being understaffed, but the place was not very crowded. I ordered a steak and a glass of wine. When the wine arrived, the glass was visibly dirty. I asked for a replacement, but the second glass was still dirty—I ended up using it anyway. After waiting quite a while, my steak arrived, but as shown in the picture, the quality was not good. I then waited again for the bartender to come by, and I noticed other tables were also trying to get his attention. When I finally spoke to him, I asked if I could cancel the order and mentioned I was willing to pay for the drink. He responded rudely, saying, “You can just go.” This was very unprofessional, especially for a restaurant associated with Holiday Inn. Beside that Hotel stay its good. Good room and good staff Members.
