- BRBenjamin Reed5 days ago5.0I arrived at the hotel not knowing my reservations was at the other holodai inn across the street. Lewisa at the front desk kindly explained it all and after some manuerving my reservations were moved to the holiday inn instead of express. Ms. Lewisa provided top tier customer service and was exceptional and wonderful to talk to. Ms Marsha in catering provided the best breakfast I've ever had at other holiday inn. If ever I'm back in Gonzalez, as an IHG member, I'll definitely stay at that location.

When I first called I spoke to Raven on the phone for an early check-in and she was very accommodating. The morning of Check out Ms Louisa was very helpful in correcting something with my rewards points. And at check out time manager Roxanne was very helpful in helping me finalize the corrections. From beginning to end the staff at this location was very friendly and welcoming. Also the food at the restaurant was really good and so was the staff. Bianca served us for dinner and she was great.

Hunter was also the same Clerk whose check me in previously checked me in and failed to mention this policy prior. He didn’t give any hospitality as well.

Initially I spoke with Louisa, who was very helpful and was already aware of the situation. The backpack was sent to me and everything inside was accounted for. I just want to say thank you to all who found it, kept it safe and sent it back. I’m sure you have a lot to deal with already and while this was just part of your daily tasks, it meant a lot to us. Thank you!
