  I'm a Diamond Elite member. I've been fighting with this hotel for 3 months because they accused me of urinating in the bed which is preposterous. They charge me $250 for replacing bed sheets which was charged to my company credit card. There was no notification no phone calls no emails stating that this charge would be charged to my company's credit cards. My manager had to call and ask with the charge was about and they told them that I urinated in the bed which is not true. I've been trying to get ahold of the head manager or the owner for 3 months with no phone calls or nothing. I called them to let them know to hold on to these bed sheets because I wanted them. I showed up 5 days later and they told me they have discarded the bed sheets. If I was you I would not stay in this hotel for them to steal money from you without notifying you. It appears that now I will have to sue them in order to get my money back which will cost me a lot more than the $250. But if they choose to so be it challenge accepted. This is a scam and y'all need to be notified that they will probably do it over and over again and people will stop trying to fight it but they pick the wrong person not to fight. They will hear from me again and again and again until I either get my money back or it causes me a whole lot more money and them too. I do believe that this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in being a Diamond Elite member. And the owner owns a lot more than this hotel just like the one next door and the restaurant in front so be careful they're all thieves. Even the police department could not help me so do believe this is going to be a legal battle. I do believe all the management all needs to be fired and the manager and the owner needs to be fined. For the people that have already stayed there check your credit card bills because if you do not they will scam You too.

  Recently I stayed at the Candlewood Suites Cut Off / Galliano for over 3 weeks, including through the super busy times of Mardi Gras 2026 Fat Tuesday Feb 17th. The staff are fantastic, helpful and accommodating with extending my stay a few different times. The room was very comfortable, and I was especially grateful for the spacious kitchen / office counter so I could eat and catch up on computer work at the same time. The full-size fridge is a bonus, and I did some cooking with a big Walmart, a short walk from the hotel. It is also so cool how you can borrow items in the lobby such as crock pots. I don’t remember seeing anything like that before.
