    We hadn't checked out yet and the staff were in our room accusing us of abandoning our dog and threatening to call animal control. This was at 9:30AM and check out wasn't until 11AM. I don't care if the staff saw us packing some of our belongings already. WE HAD NOT CHECKED OUT YET AND CHECK OUT TIME HAD NOT PASSED. Completely unacceptable.

    Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and smelt nice. Comfortable hotel would stay again.

    Where do I start ? We booked the hotel for the weekend for a baseball tournament. I paid extra for the free cancellation. We got there at 7:30pm Friday. Little kids running the halls at midnight, screaming. Woke up at 8am to the baseball tournament being canceled, along with every other baseball team there. The manager WOULD NOT refund anyone for the next night, nor give us a credit. We drove hours, paid dog boarding, stayed less than 14 hours, to be told we won’t be getting money back. According to Best Western customer relations, it’s up to the hotel manager. So they are making a ton of money off these baseball teams having to go hours back home without staying another night. I will never stay at any best western ever again. Our friends didn’t even check in yet and they wouldn’t refund and they had the extra cancellation added as well!!!
