  I am extremely disappointed and upset with the way my recent stay was handled at the Holiday Inn. I booked a room through Bookit.com for September 6, 2026. Due to getting off work late, I arrived and checked in shortly after midnight on September 7. After receiving my room assignment, I proceeded to Room 515. When I entered the room, it was dark. After turning on the lights and looking around, I immediately noticed what appeared to be a large number of bugs on the white comforter covering the bed. I was extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the condition of the room. I gathered all of my belongings and immediately returned to the front desk to report the issue and request a refund. Amber, the front-desk employee, assured me that the manager would contact me regarding my refund. However, I have yet to receive a phone call from the manager, and I have not received my refund. Because of this situation, I was forced to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and find another place to stay, even though I had to be back at work only a few hours later. This caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. I am also very concerned because after being exposed to the bugs in the room, I have been experiencing persistent itching and cannot stop scratching. This has made an already upsetting situation even more concerning. I expect this matter to be taken seriously. I am requesting an **immediate full refund** for the room and an explanation as to why I was given a room in this condition and why I have not yet been contacted as promised. I would also like the hotel to investigate Room 515 immediately to determine what type of insects were present and whether there is a larger pest issue that needs to be addressed. I expect someone from management to contact me promptly regarding this matter and confirmation that my refund has been processed. This was unacceptable, and I am very disappointed with both the condition of the room and the lack of follow-up after I reported the problem. #Im adding photos because the video will not upload.   The breakfast is always my favorite especially the grits and the French toast. The staff is very attentive and helpful checking in on your experience and making sure your stay enjoyable.

  Stayed here for 8 nights for work. Unfortunately 3 of the afternoons I returned to my room it still had not been made. They prioritize cleaning rooms of short stays for the new guest, while longer stay guests are neglected. Fine place for 2 nights or less, would recommend other accommodations if you are expecting a clean room to rest in beyond your first night. This was despite speaking with house keeping staff twice requesting my room to be made during the 5 hours I’m gone each day. Continuously lowering my standards for work trips but it’s really bare minimum these days.

  After reading g the reviews, we decided to give it a try. The hotel didn't disappoint. Daze welcomed us with a smile. Very respectful and nice. We were in a hurry to watch the world cup soccer game and he guided us on where to watch it. The beds are extremely comfortable as are the pillows. There is a refrigerator in the room, but no microwave. However, there is one close to where the ice machine is. The offer $10 breakfast buffet, but we didn't have time to try it. Daze was there in the morning again to checked us out. Very nice and polite. We had the best stay! Thank you!
