  Came for a Mothers Day staycation and I can tell that housekeeping didn’t change the sheets prior to me getting here. There was a “sweaty man” odor when my head hit the pillow. There was also stains on the other side of the pillow as if housekeep just turns it over. Thank God I pack my own pillows and sheets when I travel. The shower was lukewarm for a few minutes then cold. There’s stains all over the carpet in the room. Soon as you get off the elevator you smell a stale smell. I was overly disappointed and disgusted. I arrived late and the front desk girl was sweet but also was rushing to get outside. First & LAST time here. Happy Mother’s Day to me 🙄

  There for 5 days, cold showers all week until the last morning. Sheets changed maybe once.

  You’d better enjoy cold showers. Front desk response was “we always run out of hot water when we’re full”

  Stayed one night this last weekend and place was clean, very nice staff, and good parking. But unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water. Checked the night we got there and the next morning. It would get warm but defiantly not comfortable shower level we got in late and left early so didn’t have chance to ask front desk. Also the fire alarm had an insanely bright pulsing light. I tested my son and he could see it with eyes closed. Ended up tearing off a sticky label and put it the over the light. Which wasn’t enough so then wrapped the ice machine bag around it. You could still see it but at least we could sleep.

  At check in we were greeted and helped by MS. Hampton, she is an absolute gem! Ms. Hampton wanted to ensure we enjoy our stay, so warm and welcoming and also had some great recommendations for seafood for us, she deserves 5 stars she is great!!!! 3 stars only because the front desk lady (I believe Melanie) in the evening, total opposite from our checkin Experience and disappointing, it seemed that hat she was not really interested in much other than her cellphone, when I walked up, she lifted her head and noticed someone is there, you could tell she is not thrilled to be there, I asked for an extra blanked and it felt like I asked her to for something unreasonable, she huffed and said she had to check… just not very pleasant. Maybe just a bad day for her 🤷🏼‍♀️.
