Do not stay here. We booked four rooms for a corporate work trip, and this was by far the worst hotel experience our team has ever encountered. The issues were endless, and management's handling of them was completely unprofessional.
First, my room was given away. Despite calling on Monday to notify them of a delayed Tuesday arrival, they canceled my reservation, charged me a no-show fee (which I am still fighting to get refunded), and turned me away at 9:00 PM after a 16-hour workday. The front desk clerk literally laughed at the situation and refused to contact management for a solution. Thankfully, the Comfort Inn across the street was so appalled by how I was treated that they accommodated me for the rest of the week for free.
Second, the cleanliness and safety hazards are completely unacceptable. One of our guests found suspected bedbugs/fleas in her bed and took timestamped video proof. The General Manager refused to even leave her office to address it, and the room was seemingly put right back into service for the next guest. On top of that, the pool was bright green for the first two days of our stay.
Other major issues during this single trip included:
An elevator door malfunctioning and closing on a guest's arm, causing visible swelling.
A guest being downgraded to a room with a flooding shower without any prior notice.
An entire tank of gas being siphoned from our SUV in the hotel parking lot.
Whenever we tried to report these legitimate safety and sanitation issues, the front desk staff made us feel like we were the problem. We spend thousands on corporate travel, but we will be moving our business away from Holiday Inn after this. Avoid this property at all costs.

My husband and I were passing through and came across this location. It’s next to a casino and alittle bit away from the highway. We came in around 11pm and Mr Ray was at the front desk to check us in. His energy and customer service had us talking to him like we’ve known him for years! At first I was worried with him having to be up so late at his age but after conversations with him it was clearly not an issue. In fact he’s retired military like my husband and a busy bee that will not stay still. Lol Thank u Mr Ray for your service and being one of the best front desk attendants we’ve met. The hotel smelled good, the room was clean (minus a a few hair strands left in the shower) and the bed was comfortable. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone needing a nice place to rest! Job well done!

The room was wonderful. I travel a lot and it was probably the single most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room had a foul odor of new construction or maybe paint. The room was beautiful but the smell was a lot stronger than I wish it would have been. There was an ironing board and an iron in my room which I was extremely happy to have. The only thing disappointing was there's no coffee pot in the room. The amenities downstairs were nice, and the complimentary breakfast was really good. If the room wouldn't have smelled so strong, this would have gotten five stars from me. I will stay here the next time I'm in town.
