  A wonderful time, hotel my not the most up to date but is clean and rooms nice size with fridgeand microwave and how many gift shopshave an ice cream machine .When I tell you the entire staff is amazing I mean everyone gets a 10 for attitudes, assistance service especially the restaurant manager G. Stewart and Roxanne Will definitely be back. Did I mention the food and the bands were great also.

  The Crowne Plaza Patio Grill is amazing. All of the staff here is energetic, professional, & friendly. Shout out to Ms. Asia, the seafood buffet was absolutely Delicious and she has such a positive uplifting personality. We will definitely be back for the Sunday brunch omelets.

  First problem was I booked two nights and they gave me one night because they were overbooked. Then gave me someone else’s room keys and I walked in on someone….not cool never apologized for the mistake finally get to my room and the toilet want stop running water and the TV doesn’t work. Been staying here for business several years but will not be staying here again.

  Was at a function in one of ballroom and was met with old welted salads. No one at my table was able to eat any of it. Then the main course came and it was horrible. Not only was it not appealing to look at, it was also not appetizing to eat. Later I went to the bar and after ordering a burger in my formal Wear I discussed the situation with the bartender. She was told to tell me to fill out a complaint using the QR code. Wish I could post pictures.

  Booked two rooms with two queen beds several days before arrival. Around 9:00 PM on the day of check-in, I called the hotel to let them know our family would be arriving shortly after midnight. I was assured this would not be a problem and was told late arrivals were accommodated unless check-in was after 3:00 AM. Our family of six arrived shortly after midnight only to be told that no rooms with two queen beds were available. Instead, we were offered rooms with a king bed and a "sofa." Since we had no other option at that hour, we accepted the rooms and requested a rollaway bed to accommodate the additional guests. Unfortunately, staff informed us that nobody in the building had access to the key for the storage area where the rollaway beds were kept. When we entered the room, we discovered that the advertised "sofa" was actually a small sitting bench, not anything suitable for sleeping. The hotel provided extra bedding, and members of our family were forced to make a pallet on the floor for the night because there simply were not enough beds available. To make matters worse, the hotel charges $10 for parking, yet assumes no responsibility for vehicles parked on the property. Breakfast was average at best. While the food was acceptable, the service left much to be desired. We felt like an inconvenience when asking for milk for cereal and requesting toast, despite signage indicating that toast is available upon request. As compensation for not providing the room type we reserved and confirmed, the hotel offered breakfast vouchers for two additional people. However, our entire party had already purchased breakfast, making the vouchers essentially useless. A more meaningful effort to resolve the situation would have been appreciated. What was particularly concerning was that the front desk employee admitted that this type of situation happens more often than she would like. While I appreciate her honesty, it suggests that guests not receiving the room type they reserved may be a recurring issue rather than an isolated mistake. To be fair, the front desk staff and the night security guard were very friendly, professional, and courteous throughout our stay. They were put in a difficult situation and treated us with kindness. The rooms themselves were also clean and well-maintained. Overall, this experience was disappointing. It appears our reserved rooms may have been given away because of our late arrival despite calling ahead and receiving confirmation that our check-in time would not be an issue. While the staff we interacted with were pleasant and the rooms were clean, the failure to honor our reservation, lack of adequate sleeping accommodations, and inadequate resolution left us frustrated. If this is truly a recurring issue, management should address it so future guests receive the accommodations they reserved and paid for. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
