  Hotel had a great breakfast, my family really enjoyed the 2 night stay. Was given a goodie bag for being a IHG member! Loved that surprise. The bed and pillows felt like I was sleeping on clouds! Super comfortable! Very friendly staff. Will definitely visit again.

  What we liked: very clean and well maintained, easy to get to, excellent complimentary breakfast, fair price. What we did’t like: We arrived at 11:30 PM after driving 14 hrs… we were exhausted! We weren’t greeted by a live person behind the counter but rather a kiosk with a live person on the screen somewhere in the world. She was Indian descent with a strong accent. This is nothing personal against her but … 1) It had the appearance of outsourcing an American job. True or not, sure looks that way and Holiday Inn should be ashamed of themselves! 2) Her accent was so strong we couldn’t understand her most of the time and had to constantly ask her to repeat herself. 3) What should have taken 2-3 mins took way longer and we were completely frustrated by the time we finally got a room key to spit out of the machine. We basically had to do the job of a night clerk ourselves. We had to scan my Drivers License a couple times until the machine read it correctly, then a credit card, type in some things, remove the room key and slide it through another machine to activate it, etc. All while standing there with all of our bags and exhausted. It was taking so long I had to take a break and go sit down for a few mins because I was hurting so bad. (We’re in our 60’s and have a few health issues.) It was an unpleasant experience to say the least just so Holiday Inn could save a few dollars and eliminate an employee. Sorry Holiday Inn … you lost our business. We don’t want to experience that level of aggravation again after a long day of travel.

  I was $100 more than what it originally costed they charged me my deposit and an additional $100 more than The price agreed-upon and they also took my deposit saying that the room was left a mess when I know, without a doubt that I did not leave my room in a mess nor did I smoke in my room. It’s a nice place but be careful. They will overcharge you more than needed and also Charge money that they’re not supposed to stay there at your own risk

  Just drove 12 hours and found this gem. Yeah $149 a night was steep but I needed rest. The room was very clean. Check in was a breeze. The clerk was very kind. He helped me find a gas station for my morning fill up. The breakfast was fairly good. Bisquits and gravy, eggs, sausage, milk, oj, apple juice, coffee, oatmeal, toast, etc. Everyone was kind and helpful. Great place to stay.

  Very disappointed with our stay. When we went into our room, there was a roach inside one of the pillows, which was disgusting and completely unacceptable. The room also had a strong unpleasant odor that made it hard to feel comfortable. Cleanliness clearly was not a priority here. We expected a clean and sanitary room, but instead were met with bugs and a bad smell. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.
