  The staff is extremely sweet and considerate, everything is clean, the coffee is great! We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. The best hotel stay I’ve had in a while!

  I am a diamond elite member. They cancelled my reservation because they overbooked. While i was driving from texas they call me about the cancellation. The room was booked on the app. They wanted a new credit card over the phone. Not happening. Scam has occured before. How do you cancel a Diamond Elite reservation while i am driving on the interstate on my way. Ridiculous service. Very sketch.

  I recently stayed here from May 28–30, 2026. The staff was friendly, professional, and made a positive impression throughout most of our visit. Unfortunately, toward the end of our stay, we experienced an issue with ants in our room, and my grandchild was bitten several times. I promptly brought the matter to management’s attention, but there was very little resolution or accommodation offered regarding the situation. To add to the disappointment, I was still charged the $25 daily accommodation fee. As a long-time IHG Diamond Elite Member, I expected a greater level of customer service and consideration when addressing a concern that directly impacted my family’s comfort and well-being. This review is not a reflection of the staff, who were courteous and professional. However, management needs to do a better job handling guest concerns and providing appropriate resolutions when issues arise. With stronger management response and accountability, this property could provide a much better overall guest experience.

  I booked a room directly through the website and chose this property because it was advertised as being family friendly and having cribs available. The day of check-in, I called to make sure they had a crib available for us and was informed they don't have cribs at all. Fine, not cool, but fine. Get to the hotel and am told there are no rooms available despite having a reservation. As I walked out to find a new hotel, I thought I should probably call the reservation line to ensure I wouldn't be charged since I didn't cancel before 6pm. The agent was apologetic that the reservation wasn't honored and assured me I wouldn't be charged. Guess what happened next? The pending charge cleared on my credit card three days later. Tried to get a refund through the chat bot who did nothing but waste my time. Called the hotel directly and the manager was quite friendly, apologetic, and allegedly issued a refund. The refund didn't happen and now I'm having to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Sucky all the way around. But I can say....the hotel across the street is quite nice!
