  I absolutely love DAVID the bartender I looked forward to seeing him every night after a long day he’s the best literally every driver tasted so good he was patient with me and my friend I’ll absolutely come back just for him, THANK YOU from the two funny girls from NOLA

  The only hotel in 9 nights on the road that supplied 2 wonderful pillows. The location was scary neighborhood is poor. The front desk clerks were extremely nice and helpful. The room very clean. It was a bit expensive for the area.

  Hotel Manager by the name of Stephen Z was anything short of attentive courteous and amazing. From the moment we arrived be made us feel like we were the only guest in the entire hotel... Honestly this guy deserves so much more. I hope this chain realizes how important he is ... And Alexandria is an angel.God bless her

  One star for friendliness and one for the comfort of the bed. This place is highly overpriced. Over $200 a night with no working elevators, (which they pumped up the price for the weekend, but was not able to offer a discount)broken shower handle, the stairwell doesn't go into the lobby floor, so you have to exit the building. The service door remained unlocked, so anyone could just walk in with no key necessary, they said this was due to the non-working elevators, which made no sense at all. With the high price there was no complimentary breakfast. Thankful that we found a place to stay, since the Holiday Inn Express down the way forfeited our reservation. I will not return to this facility, but to end on a positive note, the bed was comfy.

  First of all I'd like the say this is a pretty nice hotel and the staff did a great job cleaning my room. When I got to check in Richard checked me in, I mentioned to him that I would have to add a night on the back end and he said due to using a third party I will have to check out of my room take all my stuff out and then check back in after the room was available. I asked again to a lady that was working evenings and she was super friendly and she told me to leave my stuff in the room and get a new card that morning which I did. The moment I walked that evening the guy that was there said you can't get in your room and had to make me a card, he was obviously annoyed and I just thought he was rude not very friendly. Either way I didn't have to take my stuff out of the room and check in which I thought was dumb if I had to. I brought up MULTIPLE times that my TV had barely any sound coming out of it and I asked about it and no body ever looked, they just didn't care. So I brought it up again in the evening and they got Alex to go check it, he mentioned that they have had issues with this TV a while and could swap it out but had to get the general managers permission. He promised he would follow up, he never did. They literally could care less, the lady that worked the front desk was super friendly and the maintenance technicians were super nice. I would just recommend this hotel to anybody. Pool looked nasty also
