  The elevator has not worked for months. I have stayed there twice, each time was told that the repair part was in the mail. Before booking, it is best to call and ask if the elevator is working.

  Wonderful friendly staff. I greatly appreciate the kind greetings all the time. Our 1 bed room suite was perfect!

  We have stayed here once a month for about six months now. Our first stay was great: the staff was friendly, the rooms were perfect, and everything worked fine. For the last four months, the elevator has been broken. We had a note on our file that we could not do stairs, and to please let us know if the elevator was not repaired for our next visit. Had we been properly notified, we could have made other arrangements; however, WHY does it take more than four months to repair an elevator?? We have a pregnant member and a person who had back surgery in our party for whom the stairs is a problem. This last stay was the straw that broke our backs. We arrived and were told that the elevator was still out. Our original room assignment was on the third floor. We told them we couldn't possibly do that with an 8 months pregnant person nor someone with back issues in our party. They DID manage to find another set of rooms; however, one was directly across from the laundry/gym room, right off the lobby. All night, people were in and out, slamming the door. We were awoken at 4:30 the next morning due to the front desk woman playing a show on her phone at a loud volume. The other room was directly across from the ice machine room, and people were in and out all night slamming the door each way. Not one staff member asked the other guests to keep it down or offered any assistance. We were also told that there was new ownership; so maybe that's the problem?? If so, they have a lot to learn.

  Got to the property only to find out the elevators weren't working. When displeased about this situation the property charged me a $75 fee for checking out early. This should have been waived as they were having issues at the property.
