  Stole 115.36 from me. Charge me twice then refused to return payment . Rooms stink. Hallways full of trash. Pool is wayy to warm. Rather sleep in my car.

  This is our spot!! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is hotel-ish with a splash of home. The swimming pool is indoors-great for me! The service has always been great.

  Honestly, I have had far worse motel rooms, but after seeing all the photos and bragging rights to a "fitness center," I expected way more. On our first night, we walked into our room to find roaches. It had been warm and wet, so we removed them from our room and didn't make a big deal out of it. I also noticed on the first night that the water pressure was on the lower end, but thought that I could deal with it. On the first morning (day 2), I woke up early prior to my responsibilities that day in order to get to the gym. First, it was really hard to locate as it looked like another motel room. Upon finally finding it, I was happy to see an elliptical and treadmill. There was also a weight machine. I tried the treadmill first, and it inclined accordingly, but the treadmill belt would not move AT ALL. I unplugged the machine and restarted it, but the belt would not work at all. Instead of making an ordeal, I just decided that I would use the elliptical instead. Unfortunately, the elliptical was also terrible. I would finally get it to start and then it would auto-pause every 20-30 seconds. It was even worse than the treadmill! After 2 failures, I was too frustrated to even try the weight machine as that could have also gone terribly. 😑 I ended up just driving to Planet Fitness every morning instead. After staying there 3 nights, I actually find myself regretting it. For the cost, I should have just stayed at Hotel Bentley since it was only $10 more per night. Ultimately, the broken fitness center really ruined the entire experience for me.

  The facility is old. It needs a lot of updates. Most of all, it needs air conditioning. It is unreasonably hot. I attended a conference there, where the joke was that we are close to the hospital in case of heat stroke.

  The photos Are very misleading and this hotel feels more like a one maybe two start experience. I almost hesitated, taking a shower at this hotel Which should say something about how this hotel made me feel. The staff was friendly, however when they asked me, how was my stay? I was very upfront, saying it was very poor and felt like a one star experience. They simply ignored my comment and gave me my receipt.
