  Every year we come to town for a family reunion. We get anywhere from 5-8 rooms. This hotel gave our rooms away 3 times out of the last 5 times. We book months in advance and pay in advance. This year we booked 2 single rooms and 5 double rooms with either queen or king beds. We had confirmation of getting these rooms and it didn't happen! After two hours of arguing and getting nowhere on top of driving over 6 hours I had to try and find a hotel who had 7 rooms that could accommodate us all. We had to pay for new rooms and now it's a huge headache to get a refund for the rooms they didn't have for us. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!! And don't even get me started how rude they were like this was our fault! Save yourself the headache!

  IHG uses a 3rd party reservation svc that gives false information and promised our family a room that didn’t exist. We were a family of five adults and two children and the reservation agent booked me a two room suite with two separate bedrooms and four beds and when we arrived to the room, we had a two bed suite and didn’t have enough room for all of us to sleep. This was the weekend we had planned to go to the Cubs game and there were no vacancies anywhere. As an IHG member who they say was valued, they would do nothing for me and even said they would check Security if we needed to sleep in our car. I do not recommend staying at any IHG hotel ever. Poor poor customer service..

  Always kind and professional staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice putdoor patio to relax.

  Unfriendly, dirty, and not for people who want a quiet place to stay. Nothing nearby. We booked this room for a double bed since it was 3 people staying. We checked in, very unfriendly check in staff, we got a single bed room and the same staff said that we did not book a double although we did. She said she had rooms but couldn’t switch us. Got in the room and the tv remote would not work, only one clean towel in the room, and a dirty fake eyelash on the bedside table. We asked them for towels and to come help with the tv. She told us to come downstairs and get the towels. We asked her to bring them when somebody looked at tv remote and she hung up on us. Finally came up over an hour later to bring towels and a new remote. The next day we came downstairs to get coffee because there is not any in the rooms, and their were dirty rags laying on the table with the cleans plates and silverware 🤢🤢
