Our rate was higher bc of Reds game but I think its normal rate is reasonable for its location and cleanliness.

Still stayed 81 degrees when we set it on 63 degrees. The hot tub didn't work all weekend, said something to the front desk lady she said it was because it was over worked. Breakfast in a full capacity hotel should have more then one person working, we had to ask for the food to be refilled. I booked third party, I still believe I should have been reduced for inconvenienced we couldnt swim because we have a 6 year old and teenagers took over the pool area screaming yelling jumping over our heads running... One worker came into pool area just to open windows never said a word to the boys, pool area also had absolutely no towels.

The staff were welcoming and professional, which made everything easy and pleasant. Breakfast was a nice highlight — good variety and everything tasted great. The location is also very convenient, close to everything you might need. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again!
