  Nice rooms, comfortable bed, and close to the facility that I need to work at when I'm in town. A good breakfast also. What's not to lije?

  Housekeeping was excellent but otherwise a bit run down. Our fridge and tv did not work. The room itself was good and the bed was comfortable. Front desk was efficient enough but not very cordial. Overall did the job of an inexpensive option for derby weekend. Don’t count on Uber or Lyft nearby.

  Do NOT stay here if you are working away from home. We are supposed to get special rates but the hotel will NOT hold true to them. We are supposed to be getting rooms for 75+tax a night, I was just unknowingly charged 206+tax for ONE NIGHT. the front desk flat out REFUSED to contact a manager OR refund my money. I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel!! I guess they’d rather screw you over once than continue your business for the next year or so.

  Man oh man what a great experience. My family and I drove until we got tired and this is where we stayed for the night. What a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The owners/operator were super friendly and helpful right from the start. They were very personable and very nice. The hotel was meticulously clean, the cleanest BW ive ever stepped foot in. Breakfast was also enjoyable. Great beds and water pressure. My kids kept telling everyone 5 stars, I stars! If you ever need a place to stay in Shelbyville this the place.

  Room is not the cleanest. There is mold growing in the bathroom on walls looks like they paint over it. When brought to there attention they just wanted to spray bleach on it, saying that will kill it. Sorry but thats not how it works. Hand prints on walls, white stains on floor, ripped bedding and shower curtain. No management on site when asked to talk to them was told they do not have set hours and are not in often. Sadly had no other choice but to stay here because everything was booked or in bad areas. Place needs lots of help with proper maintenance and management who actually do their job. Also no elevator so have to take stairs if you're on second floor. Staff not the nicest but I am sure that comes from lots of complaints. Had not only left a day earlier without any refund but ended up at ER because my kid is allergic to mold. If there was other options for places I would have took them. Sadly only options were in bad areas or double the cost for a night. I just changed my flight and my daughters spring brake/13th birthday was cut short. I have pictures but wont let me post!
