  Place was an ok spot to stay. But still confused why 6:30am is a good time to mow the lawn at hotel? I thought I was hearing things but saw a guy with a leave blower. Maybe at least get started after 7am 😂

  We were visiting family stationed at Fort Knox. You cannot believe how well places this hotel is. It’s on the edge of Elizabethtown, which is lovely and I’ll get to that in a moment, and Radcliff which… isn’t so lovely but it’s trying. The hotel as a gym which was good. Well serviced if not maybe a but too small. If more than 2 people are in here it feels a but like you are in each others way. But it works! The staff are from the surrounding area so are naturally bubbly and nice. It’s something in the water I think. They just don’t know how to be bad at their jobs. Awesome service and a shout out to Stacey for being just that extra bit brilliant. The hotel was doing some new renovation work in the dining area and we were pre warned. It was all really well handled. Even the team doing the work on the hotel were super nice. Area. Radcliff is a bit rough in places in terms of the buildings needing investment. The people though are just born with this lovely honest charm. Friendly to the point you doubt your choices of where you yourself live! Elizabethtown. A great shopping area that since I last visited 8 months ago seems to have gotten better and better. You will not regret stopping in this location for short durations. And if you need something bigger there’s Nashville only a couple of hours down the road.

  I truly can’t express how kind the front desk staff was to my family and I. Every single shift went out of their way one way or another for us seriously everyone who was working Aug 19-21st deserves a raise! I’ve stayed all over the country and have never been treated so kindly by front desk staff! Breakfast was great also!

  We had a mix up with our reservations and booked the wrong location by mistake. Wendy was great in helping us remedy the situation. Great Customer Service!

  Hallways are devoid of much light. Very dimly lit. Lack of light suggests dirty carpet. Carpet in room smelled of old dog urine. Not worth the $280 I paid for a single night.
