  The room is clean, but they had left the ac off and it felt and smelled like a sweatshop when I first entered. There's nothing in the room to tell me the area interests, where the ice machine is, what the TV channels are....

  Comfortable bed. Great location for our family plans. Large fridge a big plus. Helpful staff.

  I checked in last Friday night to this hotel and walked into what can only be described as a cloud of smoke. After talking to the front desk it sounded like there was a mix up with our booking but they assured me they could get us into a non-smoking room. The non smoking room they gave us as it turns out was actually just a previous smoking room that they had swapped a coat of paint on. Which did not matter because the chair in the corner had a cigarette burn and the smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling, and the headboard was disgustingly dirty. I won't forget to mention the toilet barely being screwed into the floor, I could have picked it up and took it with me it was so loose. They were completely sold out otherwise so we were unable to be moved to a different room though I'm not sure it would have been better. We made the most getting through the first night but after going to breakfast and seeing expired yogurt in the fridge and another unplugged smoke detector in the hotel lobby we absolutely could not stay another night. Thank goodness we were able to find another room at a different hotel that was much more accommodating. All that said, the rooms and the rest of the hotel look nothing like the pictures you'll find on google. Stay away from this place if possible.

  Greeting was very nice and friendly. Rooms clean. Breakfast was good! Thank you for the great stay.

  I had no issues during our one-night stay at this Best Western location. We were able to check in an hour or two early based on our arrival time and were given a clean room. One of the staff members did walk in without knocking looking to hang photos, but, other than that - no issues. Hot breakfast in the morning! Pool was not open yet (end of April).
