  Sarah is the best server I have ever had in my entire life. If I die Sarah should be the bartender please and we have a dj who plays an epic celebration of life and Hanson music, And yet the only thing anyone will talk about was the epic job Sarah did serving drinks especially her whiskey sour. Sarah is a rockstar and I will miss her when I go back to mi casa. If she ever wants to come to Florida she can stay at my house, I will write her name in the sand each morning only for the tide to wash it away each night. I love you Sarah until the day I die.

  We found this hotel by chance while driving from Virginia to California, and it ended up being one of the pleasant surprises of our trip. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area along the Ohio River, with Illinois just across the water. The setting feels safe and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind after a long day on the road. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a restful night’s sleep. We also enjoyed the newly built walking path along the river, which was a nice bonus and offered beautiful views. Paducah may be a small town, but it’s full of friendly, welcoming people who made us feel right at home. If you’re staying in the area, don’t miss Evergreen Coffee. They have an outstanding selection of coffee, a cozy atmosphere, and it was easily one of the highlights of our stop. If you’re traveling through western Kentucky and need a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay, this hotel is an excellent choice. We’d gladly stay here again

  I was here on a business trip and the staff members Stephanie and Chelsea were amazing. The attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism were outstanding. I would recommend this location to anyone and will be staying here in the future.

  I booked a room for July 4, 2026 (my birthday) to watch fireworks over the river on a balcony. When we arrived our room had no balcony and no view of the river. The pool remained closed until 915pm as well even after the lightning stopped (inside pool). The lady on the phone told us all the wrong info even when I asked her if she was sure the "city view" would be considered the river view. Even after all these mess ups (no river view for fireworks, no balcony, no pool time) we decided to stay anyways just to find out the "free breakfast" wasn't even free the next morning. We were promised a complimentary breakfast with the room we booked. When I reported all the false info we were told the staff seemed surprised but now that I'm reading other reviews it seems to be a normal day by day job for the lady to lie about the rooms and what's included. She has been complained on several times and nothing is being done and it seems like the customers bad experiences are being ignored. I've stayed at quite a few hotels from cheap to luxury and this is one of the worst experiences I've had. I am very disappointed. This is the worst Holiday inn I have stayed at.

  I was promised balcony with river view and I didn’t get a balcony or a river view and I talked to the lady at the counter and she claimed they have no rooms with balconies or river views. Room was okay the bathroom light was broken and the tv sucked beds for decently comfy. Location was fine but not as good as expected and there was a river very far away but would NOT call that river view. Service was awful. If you wanna stay here it’s fine sure you can sleep and be fine but don’t get your hopes up for anything amazing it’s pretty bad to mediocre. Very disappointing..
