- ZLZachary LieberSep 30, 20265.0Great hotel, great staff incredible breakfast and especially Linda was awesome.
- CCColleenSep 19, 20265.0Staff and room was wonderful.
- SRSofie ReynoldsSep 5, 20265.0The location was phenomenal. I loved my room; it was super clean and quiet and smelled so good. The front desk staff was wonderful as well as breakfast. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond. I read some reviews stating that it was loud or dirty, also excess charges...? I never had one problem. It was quiet, clean and well worth the price!! if you are ever in Paducah, make sure to give them a try!!!
- SSSamantha SullivanSep 5, 20261.0Seeking room around 4 a.m. to rest for a few hours due to traveling long distance through the night for family emergency. Rude front desk person told us check in was at 3pm or we would have to pay $281 and check out was 11 a.m. Understand policy is policy but the attitude by employee was really distasteful.
- RSRodell StanleyAug 30, 20261.0Me and my family stayed here. They charged us a $45 fee $45 fee and $240 fee. My 2 year old daughter dropped her bowl of cereal that had no milk in it. Just dry cereal. And they lied said the desk was broke. It was not ! They said stains was on the pillow case. It was not. They said they half to steam clean the floor. Remind u my daughters feet was black after walking on there floors when we first got in there because it’s hard wood floors and they don’t clean good to begin with. If your usen a credit card I would not stay at this room. They basically charged me $330 in cleaning fees because the floor needed swept. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GIVING THESE PPL YOUR CARD NUMBER!!!!
