  I had an exceptional experience thanks to an incredible team. Christie, the manager, leads with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for every guest. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellent service truly stand out. Bailey at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. She made check-in smooth and made me feel valued as a guest. Shana from the weekend breakfast kitchen staff did a fantastic job — the breakfast was fresh, well-prepared, and served with a positive attitude that started the mornings perfectly. During the week, Shirley from the kitchen staff was equally outstanding. She was kind, hardworking, and consistently ensured everything was clean, organized, and delicious. This entire team goes above and beyond to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this establishment because of the outstanding people who make it special! I spent 27 days with the staff while going to locksmith school aside from being away from home all of the staff, and also the courteous customers made this a wonderful place to stay! This review should be a five star plus!!!

  The service here was amaing, there was a front desk lady named Kristen and she was extremely nice and helped me with everything I needed. Even when it was 12am she was still able to help me with everything and was a very nice person to have conversations with.

  This place is in the Defense Travel System (DTS) as an option. As a DOD employee I reserved a room in February but due to the govt shutdown was unable to go. When I called that wknd to cancel my room, she said I'd have to go thru the DTS website to cancel, which literally makes no sense. I told her it was the wknd and I did not have access to my govt computer so it'd be Monday morning before I could do that. She said it was fine, did not make a note of it on their end and marked it as a "no show" charging me for a night. Several attempts at calling them and they still have not made it right. Currently trying to get them.removed from the Defense system as a choice.

  Location was walking distance from the school I was attending, as was several stores and restaurants. The room was nice and clean. The morning complimentary breakfast was very good, complete with gravy and biscuits! The staff was awesome, especially Kristin, the sales manager....she cheered me right up after driving for many hours right after getting off work! Will definitely stay there again!
