  We were visiting the area for the waterpark and originally had a reservation at a different hotel upon check-in at the other hotel we realized there was no air-conditioning no Wi-Fi and bugs in our room. I contacted the Holiday Inn express 20 minutes in the opposite direction of where we needed to stay, and I dealt with Suzette, she made our entire catastrophe better. She was patient calm and understood the nature of what we were dealing with and was able to accommodate me in my three young children at 3 AM. She is a rockstar!! Thank you, Suzette and Holiday Inn express for taking our catastrophe and turning it completely around.

  I booked a room one month before my daughter’s orientation for her freshman year at Murray state. We live 5 hours away and drove in early to drive around and see what all Murray has to offer. We visited land between the lakes all day and had supper on the water which meant I had no service all day. When we went to check in Samantha informed me that they had sold my room because I hadn’t answered my phone. Well, I had no service since I was visiting the attractions in the area. There was no sympathy, no anything. I usually book through Expedia, but knowing I would be staying in this hotel a lot in the future I booked through the IHG app which unbeknownst to me gives them the ability to cancel without notice. I had checked in earlier today, and didn’t receive any email stating my room had been cancelled. The best part was when I drove across the street to Best Western the lady said I was the 7th person that had told her the same story. Anytime I travel I always book with Holiday Inn express and resort. Unless this situation is rectified I am finished with this brand. I truly hope that everyone this was done to tonight found the sweet lady across the street at the best western.

  We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Murray, Kentucky. From the moment we checked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. Breakfast was outstanding. The biscuits were soft, fluffy, and delicious, and the gravy was excellent. The entire breakfast area was clean, well-stocked, and organized. From check-in to check-out, this was a top-notch operation. Great staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a wonderful breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Murray area.

  The establishment was very nice. The staff was very polite. It's a clean Hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable like we were in our own beds at home.
