  Had a great experience here. I came here with 4 of my family members. Rooms were clean and smelt nice, workers were very friendly, and breakfast was pretty good! Plus we didnt have to deal with the nightmare of people being everywhere. Bathroom was clean as well and the beds were comfy. Overall I would recommend this hotel!

  We have stayed at this hotel multiple times when we come into town to visit our daughter. The customer service here is always exceptional. Special shout out to Brittany at the front desk for going above and beyond to take care of us this time. The bedding is always clean, and the beds are reasonably comfortable, not hard as bricks. This Holiday Inn does have the new flooring so there’s no carpet in the rooms; I suggest bringing socks to wear. The hotel is always clean and the parking lot is extremely safe to park in

  We checked in on Wednesday June 10th. Wasn't told at check in that the hotel didn't have hot water. The clerk told us after attempting to take shower that the wrong part came in the day prior and they were working on getting the part. Thursday, no hot water, Friday finally hot water in the evening. I booked this hotel 3 nights using points and a free night so there were 3 separate reservations made prior to coming to the hotel. This was the closest IHG hotel close to our destination. The stay was not extended. We would have to go to Lexington which had no free or points nights available. We were stuck here. No shower for 3 days. No working ice machines. Friday night the lobby was taken over by many teens. Running the halls screaming and using profanity, jumping on furniture and partying. Where were these parents? I called the lobby at 1am. No answer. Called again at 130am. The clerk couldn't hear me do to all the teen noise. She said she would ask them to be quiet. Finally after 230am quiet. I left management a message the next morning with no return call. If you're going to Red River Gorge don't stay here.

  me decepcionó bastante este hotel, lo elegí porque decían que era el mejor de la zona y ya lo encontré caro, unos 190$ por una noche con desayuno y pensaba que sería genial...al principio todo bien, la recepción y el lobby excelente, cafe 24h, el desayuno genial, la habitación grande y una cama super comoda, estaba limpio y todo parecía de 10, al cabo de un rato empeze a percatarme de todo lo que habia detrás...lo peor el horrible ruido de los coches de la carretera, era infernal, las pisadas de la gente de las habitaciones de arriba todo retumbaba, las voces de las habitaciones de los vecinos, la ducha y el agua de la cisterna del baño de la habitación contigua, la gente en el pasillo...bufff necesita una insonorizacion total, como un hotel de estos y a este precio puede pasar esto, si te molesta el ruido no vayas...después males menores de un pésimo mantenimiento de las habitaciones, no digo limpieza, porque estaba super limpio, pero el mantenimiento era malo, la televisión con la imagen azulada y se veía mal, una mancha de humedad enorme en el techo, el cristal del baño con un mal sellado y oxidado, el respiradero del baño lleno de porqueria, no lo han limpiado nunca, agujeros en la pared, las maquinas de hielo todas rotas, con 3 máquinas no habia ninguna que funcionara y no pude cargar hielo en pleno verano, y los empleados con un pasotismo total...no lo recomiendo sobre todo si te molesta el ruido, hay mucho mejores opciones y mas económicas, y la piscina no la pude usar por el mal estado que vi el agua, sobrecargada de cloro, este hotel no tendría que valer mas de 120$...no me invento ni discrimino nada las fotos estan a la vista, lo siento pero NO.
