Free breakfast you have to go to the counter every morning to ask for your tickets even though you paid for it on line at the booking. They say you can't get the tickets before you must wait until u are ready to eat that morning. I am with a group and we are here all week we all took cold showers there is no hot water for any of us. Housekeeping is not good staff is minimal. Very disappointed for a Holiday Inn...

Most of us that attended the conference was scared to book at the next holiday inn the very next day. It was a traveling show across 4 cities. This hotel was so bad we all booked on site at the next hotel which happened to be a holiday inn. We wanted to make sure we didn’t have this experience again. Will never stay here again. My review is late but I get furious that I had throw my mattress away and when I think of everything I had to go through, including the post traumatic stress, it compelled me to write a review. I’ve never dealt with this before. Also I was overcharged $39 and when I called they said dispute with my bank because there was no record of the charge. Do not stay here.
- MMMarisaMay 31, 20262.0This hotel was only ok- it’s more of a place to stay while passing through. DO NOT get the breakfast rate- it’s $15-18 per person for the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Holiday Inn Express has far better breakfasts for free- the coffee creamer was old and same with sweeteners. There’s no waffles, pancakes or warm desserts. There’s hardly any food options and some of it didn’t even taste edible. I wish I would have just gone to the Starbucks right across the street. The toilet in the room also ran all night and the hotel overall was just dingy. The full service restaurant and bar were also closed on a Saturday night. Overall I would not come back here.
