  After traveling 12 hours and arriving late at night.. Max greeted us with smiles like we were family. He went out of his way to accommodate us. He was very kind , friendly & helpful. He's definitely an asset to your company. What a good man. 😀8/7/26 1am

  Came here as we were passing through to another state. Came specifically to let the kids swim after driving 7 hours. The pool was closed. Then the first room we got smelled ao strongly of mold that our whole family was coughing. They gave ua a second room only for that one to have wet carpet and peeling paint with visible black mold. Our son has asthma and is highly allergic to mold. We ended up leaving and getting our points back. We ended up having to drive an extra two hours to get to the next available point stay. As diamond elite members this was highly disappointing, and unlike any other Holiday Inn we've ever been too. Beautiful lobby, but disgusting rooms.

  We tried to stay here on our way through to another state. The place looked rough from the outside, but we gave it a try. The lobby is beautiful, but we were told the pool was closed. After driving 7 hours we picked a hotel with a pool to let the kids blow off some steam. Nowhere was it listed the pool was closed. The first room smelled of mold so bad it burned our throats. The second room the carpet was wet throughout the whole room. There was visible mold on the walls and ceiling. I have a kiddo with asthma who is highly allergic to mold so we chose to leave. Ended up having to drive another two hours to the next available hotel. We will definitely not be staying here in the future. The woman at the front desk was nice and gave the kiddos some snacks amd a drink, but the overall state of the hotel is a serious health risk.

  After being used by other mutual groups for large events we chose Holiday Inn Hurstbourne for our 50-year class reunion on July 25, 2026. We could not be more pleased with the event service that we received!! The location was PERFECTLY positioned for attendees both local and out of town. Our rooms were immaculately setup, the rear parking was very convenient, the food was excellent and the service we received before, during and after our event were GREAT! They met each of our needs as requested. Everyone at our event raved about the venue, especially the food! We could not have asked for a better place to hold our special event! The only reason the hotel does not receive a 5 star is due to the ongoing outside construction of the facility...

  We accidentally booked a room for the wrong night. We booked it at 10pm 7/25th online intending to come in the next day (7/26th) only to realize when we arrived that it booked for the night of the 25th and not the 26th as intended. We chatted with customer service in which they told us the hotel has the ability to switch the room to the correct night only for the hotel to tell us it’s in their policy they are not able to switch it. They were aware no one checked in the night it was reserved and marked it as no show. Clearly they could see it was an error. They had a lot of availability on the 26th and not full on the 25th but unwilling to work with us.
