Our room had not been cleaned from the previous night’s guests, and because the hotel was fully booked with no alternative rooms available, we ended up having to help clean it so we could stay. The pool is indefinitely closed, and the property is currently under renovation, which added to the inconvenience. Parking is also limited the lot is small and becomes insufficient when events are happening in the area. Overall, these issues made for a frustrating experience.

I rented it strictly for parking for an event because with my points it was cheaper than paying venue parking. They charged me a 481 dollar hold. They proceeded to refund my 75 dollars and keep my nearly 500. It's been a week of constant phone calls trying to get my money back with no luck. Highly recommend not staying here because who in their right mind charges a 500 dollar hold to begin with? I've been calling for a week and have been promised 3 separate occasions I would be refunded that have all been lies. Today I was told 2 more days of waiting just to talk to someone again. Worst IHG experience of my life
