  We booked this hotel due to the close proximity to the slugger museum. When we arrived we realized the parking situation is awful there is no on-site parking so we had to park across the street where my 4 year old picked a bullet up off the ground so I do not recommend the area in general. Also we didn't realize there was no pool, we were checked in for about 5 minutes when we realized this and so we went to the front desk and asked if there was anything we could do in terms of cancelation, the woman at the front desk was very rude and just said no there was nothing she could do. She was also rude during our check in process, we had someone else book our room for us and they called prior to make sure it would be okay for us to check in under their name, and they were told it would not be an issue. This woman said I could not check in and she had nothing saying that anyone had called. She had me call the person who booked our room and I had to have them give the confirmation number, email, phone number, all with 2 extremely tired children in tow. All together it was a bad experience and we always go to holiday inn and have never had an issue. I will never come back here

  When you walk in it feels a bit depressing and dark. The rooms are pretty good though, spacious and very nice beds. Service was fine. Breakfast OK, not too much to choose from and poor quality products. Value for money was good.

  Worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. Toilet needed repair, shower needs maintenance, lack luster market area with ungodly prices, front desk doesn't carry change for cash, elevator was past due for inspection....I could honestly keep going.

  If I could give a zero star I would. I booked a specific room for my daughter, sister and myself. When we went to check in we was told they didn't have my room but said they had a queen bed with roll in shower and sofa bed so we said that we would take it but then the lady working said oh no I don't have that either. She didn't even try to help us book another hotel! So after a long day at the hospital we had to hunt for a room ourselves. I would not recommend this hotel cause the worker was rude as he'll! Wish I had got her name! I will never book here again!!!!
