- JZJessica Zampelli2 days ago4.0Everything was very nice! Rooms were clean and well stocked. We did not use any services or eat/drink there. We loved the location. It was close to downtown with a safe feeling. We liked the parking garage right next to it with easy access in and out.

She treated other people extremely poorly, was arguably racist, and did not care about anything. She sat at a table playing with her nails instead of helping customers. Good luck to anyone who has her.

Particularly Shay at the front desk was so accommodating and changed my room when I requested daily just for personal preference. It’s easy walking distance to many places. Only two downsides are the parking is in a garage around the back of the building and $23 a night. 😳 also, they don’t ask for your ID when checking in, or a credit card. They just ask if you want to charge the card on file which is a bit concerning. Very safe though inside with things like needing a key to even go up the elevator which is very reassuring, especially when downtown Louisville can be less than safe. Would stay here again!
