- CWChris Woolnough5 days ago5.0Great location and a very clean, well-maintained hotel. We had a small issue with the microwave, and it was fixed within 10 minutes. Customer service even came up afterward to make sure everything was working properly and that we were happy. It’s been a long time since we’ve received this level of top-tier service from a hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond, and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you for the excellent stay! We would definitely stay here again.
- AAAustin6 days ago1.0We stayed for four days. We notified the front seat the AC was not working on the first day immediately after check in. No effort was made to fix the issue. It was 90 degrees in our room. We would have left for another hotel but everything in town was booked.

Room service did not clean our room for the 3 days we were there. I will not book a holiday express again and. Certainly do not recommend this one.

- KMKelly MJul 26, 20264.0We stayed here for one night while visiting Louisville and really enjoyed it. The location was great. We walked to the Slugger Museum and spent some time exploring downtown. Since we stayed on a Saturday night, we were able to skip the $22 parking fee and easily found free street parking instead (after 6pm free and free on Sunday). The room was clean, the A/C kept it nice and cool, and the shower had good water pressure. Breakfast had a good variety, and there was plenty of seating so it didn’t feel crowded. It was kept clean too. Overall, this was a great value and a perfect spot for a night in Louisville. I’d definitely stay here again.
