  I'm still checked in until Saturday but I can say one of the best hotels I've seen and stayed in since here in kentucky so if I Could 10 stars 🌟 🤩

  The room was clean but smelled little strange, I tried to open the window to get fresh air but the windows wouldn't open so I had to keep the door open to get some air from the hallway, my room was on the second floor, The breakfast was okay, they didn’t have boiled eggs, The staff was polite and friendly, it was easy to check in and out.

  My family and I stayed at this hotel from July 24th through July 26th while visiting Kentucky Kingdom. A $100 incidental deposit was charged to my debit card, and I was told that after checking out, I should expect the refund within 10 days. Today is August 28th, and my $100 has still not been refunded. Did we enjoy our stay? Yes, we absolutely did. Has my $100 incidental deposit been refunded? No. It has now been over a month since we checked out. I have spoken with Megan the manager several times and was told to give it 5 days, then 7 days. I also contacted my bank to verify whether a refund was pending or processed, and they confirmed that no refund has been received. I am sharing this so others can be aware and make sure to follow up on any incidental deposits or charges when staying at a hotel. Please always check your bank account and keep track of your refunds. I worked hard for my money, and I expect my $100 incidental deposit to be refunded ASAP. They must refund my money @management @Corporate office

  Workers polite. Room was large with great furniture. Loved that bed pillows included two feather or pillows that were not solid fiber. Could shape pillows to what you want.

  NOT ACCESSIBLE AND STAFF DIDN’T CARE. Our accessible room was on the second floor all the way down the hall across plush carpet that manual wheelchair user could not get across. The room also had thick flush carpeting that Emanuel wheelchair could not navigate. The shower also was not accessible. They put the bench along the back wall so all the shower controls and the handheld shower and the water flow could not safely be reached by a handicap user sitting on the bench. I went down to the desk and asked if there was more accessible and said that the shower was not safe and the clerk couldn’t care less. He was unwilling to change the room and offered no other accommodations despite me saying that it was a safety problem for my son who also had just gotten out of the hospital for a major surgery. He seems completely disinterested in helping me resolve the problem and dismissed me with “have a good night” and turned to work on the computer. Shockingly bad. The room also smelled like mildew, and there were ants crawling all over the nightstand and on the floor. Manager made about
