  NOT ACCESSIBLE AND STAFF DIDN’T CARE. Our accessible room was on the second floor all the way down the hall across plush carpet that manual wheelchair user could not get across. The room also had thick flush carpeting that Emanuel wheelchair could not navigate. The shower also was not accessible. They put the bench along the back wall so all the shower controls and the handheld shower and the water flow could not safely be reached by a handicap user sitting on the bench. I went down to the desk and asked if there was more accessible and said that the shower was not safe and the clerk couldn’t care less. He was unwilling to change the room and offered no other accommodations despite me saying that it was a safety problem for my son who also had just gotten out of the hospital for a major surgery. He seems completely disinterested in helping me resolve the problem and dismissed me with “have a good night” and turned to work on the computer. Shockingly bad. The room also smelled like mildew, and there were ants crawling all over the nightstand and on the floor. Manager made about

  Not sure how previous reviews are so high. Booked on a third party website because the price was so low. Room not very clean and the smell when I walked in was horrible. Had to go get the room spray that I had in my truck to defunk this room. Everywhere I looked just appeared to be dirty. Shower had a crack on the wall, shower faucet needed replaced and mold on the floor. Woke up to discover a big black spider crawling on the shower floor. I was told if I would like ice I would have to go up to the 2nd floor because that was the only ice machine. All in all you get what you pay for. Will not go back.

  Jessica at the front desk way beyond helpful. She also has a great energy and was enjoyable to be around. It stinks she’s on third shift because she is such a people person she would be great for the day as well.

  Very nice, clean rooms, friendly staff and close to a couple of restaurants and small shopping places. The attendant said I was allowed to smoke a cigar outside and when I tried to come back in (after 10) then my key card wouldn't work. I called the front desk and he promptly let me in. He said he didn't understand why it did that and handed me an extra room key he programmed just in case. Overall a great experience.

  You have been contacted by ihg customer service multiple times I have sent multiple emails and gotten zero response If you were committed to resolving the issue you would return their phone calls and my emails if the manger had kept her word you would not be getting a bad review Give me the points the manger megan said she was going to give me and you will never hear from me again I will never stay at holiday Inn ever again I reserved a certain room I didnt get the room I reserved I was told I was going to get points for the inconvenience never received the points promised I have emailed the hotel 5 times never got a response im not the type of person to complain i have worked customer service for 30 years I try to give people the a chance to do the right thing I know how hard it is to work with the public if the manger would admit she made a mistake and follow thur on what she told me it wouldn't be a issuse but she wants to double down and ignore a loyal customer do the right thing Megan keep your word I guarantee they will not respond to this review if they do I will be surprised Still waiting on a response 48 hrs later This is the way you treat customers Come on management im not going away I will continue to contact customer service I will keep going up the corporate chain if you want to get rid of me response to this review do what you promised I have reached out via email 5 separate times I work 3rd shift please respond to my email
