  I absolutely will never come back to this hotel. My reservation was canceled without any notice. I arrived and they changed my hotel to one in another state. No warning no phone call no added accommodations. When I finally get the room they turn off the water early in the morning before check out. From 9-2 on Mondays there is no water and check out is at 11. So if you want to sleep in i guess you will have no shower. I hate it here. Worse stay ever.

  Awful experience with a staff that clearly doesnt care about customers. During my stay vehicles were broken into in their parking lot and while not their fault their response was essentially sorry not our problem. In addition to that hotel charged me for a smoking fee for my room even though I don't smoke. When I called to dispute the manager kept changing his story on what happened and wouldn't provide any proof which he said he had. He said take it up with my bank its not his problem and that I was probably lying. Absolute awful experience and I'm making sure my company never uses this hotel again for business travel. Avoid at all costs.

  The room was nice, the bed was comfy but we were harassed by the person staying next door to us. He banged on our door and woke us up at 4 am. He accused us of hacking into his iPad and stealing his personal info. He decided to come back a few hours later saying a bunch of weird stuff. He had words with my husband. Several times when we appeared in the hallway he was just standing there, making it very uncomfortable.

  We had booked this hotel via 3rd party specifically for the outdoor pool. When we arrived we were informed the pool was closed due to repairs. The ladies at the front desk (Doreen and Ginger) were very apologetic about the pool and went above and beyond making sure everything else about our stay went according to plan. Great customer service goes a long way, thank you again ladies!

  We were greeted by Mesha & Steven, the sweetest people at the front desk! 🥰 The room was CLEAN and the beds were COMFORTABLE!!! We needed a hotel close to the airport and we were SO HAPPY to find this one!!! The room is so nice and COOL for such a HOT day as well! If you're in the area and need a very friendly, clean, and easy access place to stay, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Mesha and Steven will make you feel "at home!" 🏡
