We were told I'll let management team know..So we checked out; they apologized for the air. Supposed to be rewarded with points since I prepaid. So I'm disappointed there are no points yet. I was told the building was new and it has been happening (air going out ) So be mindful unless you want to sweat all night.
- KPKaren PodraskyOct 4, 20265.0My sister and I stayed for 8 days the first week of Sept. then stayed for 1 night on 10/1/26. Both times we received excellent customer service from Debra and Derrick that work at the front desk. Best experience we have received at a hotel. We will definitely be back.
- EGEugene GurevichSep 22, 20265.0New hotel. Convenient location, nice rooms and free parking. There is no breakfast but the rooms have a kitchenette and there are many restaurants in the area. Had an amazing stay for the LTL.
- SSSteph SSep 15, 20265.0This location is brand new - just a couple months old. As you can expect, everything is pristine and clean. Modern furnishings, full amenities. Disregard some of the negative reviews on here - parking is FREE, laundry and gym facilities are also FREE. (They don't serve breakfast here, likely because the rooms are fully equipped with kitchenettes). It's possible there was confusion between this location and the other one that's close by that is not in the best shape. I'm staying here for a week and so far have dealt with 3 different employees and all have been nothing short of friendly and accommodating. I also saw them interact with other hotel customers with the same kind of respect. Location is prime and just a short distance from the Expo. The area is safe and I feel comfortable coming and going at any point in the day. Very happy to be spending my time here!
