  The rooms are decent for the price. However, the common areas are way below what I normally experience at any other IHG property. When you first walk in, it’s rather gloomy and not inviting. The elevator floor looks like it has not been cleaned in months, and it doesn’t look like any of the hallways or ever vacuumed as well.

  We stayed here to attend the Bourbon & Beyond Music Festival which was an all day event, The Fdsk Manager I believe it was Tejia was Very Accomodating, check in was not supposed to be until 3-4pm she got us right in a room on the 1st floor with an upgrade to an executive suite Rm#108 around 1:30 in the afternoon. She was so sweet and just had the best customer service skills and professional attitude. Our Room was By far the cleanist comfiest room I have stayed in. The hotel is a smaller scale hotel which i loved, the outdoor area was very clean well lit and felt safe at night. Thank you for such a great experience!!

  This hotel is perfect as far as location. When I checked in, it was late at night and being blasted by a huge smell of marijuana when I got to that lobby was pretty disgusting. The gentleman who checked me in and didn’t even recognize my status or even address me by name. He acted as though I was bothering him , but he got me checked in I walk into my room and this is a non-smoking hotel. The room stunk like smoke. The way that heater was situated it was old & broken and let’s not forget the soda can that was jabbed underneath one of the legs of my couch then went in to look for an ice tray. They didn’t have any ice trays or even the icemaker. I called downstairs & the gentleman just said well there’s nothing I can do. He basically didn’t care. He could’ve switched rooms , ( according to the manager the next day, she told me that they were not sold out the night before) and did not I did say something to the front desk and the manager came to the room to the address this with me. She was a new manager and I could tell by her tone , but she was trying .I really hope she takes action, but the rooms could use a huge upgrade I still have yet to receive the bonus points I was promised by the manager for this lousy experience, but, that was never happened

  Terrible customer service! Terrible. We stayed for Bourbon & Beyond from Friday to Sunday. Truly, only 1 staff person and that person was NEVER at the front desk. We asked for ice - NO ice. They told me the fridge in my room makes ice. No ice maker in the fridge, no ice machines on site. Someone spilt something VERY sticky in only elevator and NO ONE cleaned it up - ALL WEEKEND! We found a moldy pizza left in the microwave. Peoples stuff left under the bed. Asked for additional towels twice and finally found a cleaning cart in hallway on Sat and took extra towels. No cleaning person was with cart. Everything seemed like it needed to be mopped and vacuumed thoroughly. We will never be back.

  The woman who checked us in was amazing, although we didn’t see her again during the rest of our stay. The hotel appeared to have been recently updated, with checklists still posted on the walls, but the service was inconsistent. I stayed for 12 days and found the staff generally less than eager to help. When I picked up my packages, two had been left behind even though they were delivered at the same time. If you visit during the summer, consider bringing a fan. The air conditioning from the front room did not circulate well into the bedroom, making it uncomfortable for anyone who prefers a temperature below 72°F. We were told to purchase our own fan. The mattress and box spring were also noisy and did not appear to have been replaced during the renovations. I could feel the springs when lying on my side, and the bed’s bouncing and creaking made for an unpleasant night’s sleep. On the positive side, the room was clean, which is important. It was also unpleasant to walk through cigarette smoke from people smoking directly at the front entrance. However, the location was convenient for the places I needed to visit.
