    Wow. Extremely disappointing experience here. - Water was shut off without any notice for over an hour. - Was woken up by housekeeping having a very loud conversation directly outside of my room at 8am. - Breakfast is nothing but toast and yogurt. - Had a lemonade in our room and it was infested with ants by the time we woke up. - Workers that are renovating the building play very loud music all throughout the day.

    I was in Louisville for work and my boss booked me here. I was concerned about some of the reviews I saw. They are going through some renovations! My room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive to my questions. Don't hesitate from others reviews!

    I knew they were under renovation when I booked, but the pictures online looked ok. I have stayed in hotels before which are under renovation and that doesn’t bother me. As a single woman, I felt uncomfortable when pulling into the parking area. It’s overgrown, there is a full dumpster in the parking area (which is already super small), and it looked like it was just not the best place for me to stay. I worked with IGH to cancel the reservation however the hotel charged my card while I was on the phone cancelling with corporate, and now I have to wait for a credit to be issued by the hotel and for my bank to credit my account. I did not get out of my car at all because I didn’t feel safe. And because they still charged my card, it caused me issues trying to book another place.

    Great location around a lot of restaurants in shopping is right down the street. They're in the middle of a renovation but you would never know by how clean they have kept everything. They're turning into an IHG gardener.

    Don’t know why people giving such bad reviews. Probably the best bargain in Louisville. Clean bed and sheets. Pillows a little small. Hopefully they switch to ihg mattress and pillows at some point. But you get a lot more for your money here.
