- CBChristopher BoldenJun 14, 20265.0Don’t know why people giving such bad reviews. Probably the best bargain in Louisville. Clean bed and sheets. Pillows a little small. Hopefully they switch to ihg mattress and pillows at some point. But you get a lot more for your money here.
- CLClaire LouiseJun 6, 20263.0Stayed one night to break up a commute home. The website stated that the hotel was newly renovated. I assumed this was why the ratings were so low (the ratings were pre-renovation) and decided to give it a shot. The hotel was ok for what I needed. I did not experience loud noise, but I was only there from 9:30p-6:00a. It is clear that they are in process of renovation as there were large dumpsters with old mattresses on site. I am sure when it is complete all the rooms will look as nice as the one on the IHG website. However, my room was not a renovated room as advertised on the IHG website. I did feel like it was clean, but dated. There was a musty odor to the room. Staff was very friendly. This place was fine for what I needed, but I am glad I was only there for one short stay.
- MMMauricioMay 31, 20261.0This is an IHG hotel, but it's the worst hotel I've stayed at in years. Several lights in the room were broken, there was mold on the ceiling, and the free breakfast was terrible. You're much better off eating elsewhere.
- CCCameronMay 19, 20263.0Cheap rooms but walls are thin. People floor above us sounded like they were stomping all night. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. A bit outdated couldn't stream on the television. The breakfast wasn't much but at least it was available. In a safe area.
- AHApril HackMay 16, 20261.0This hotel is so gross. The first two rooms we went to there were ants or termites all over the window like a scene from a horror movie. Finally the third room they put us in had no visible bugs but there is now a huge hole in the ceiling from water damage. There is no sound proofing. All night I heard the person above us pacing back and forth and kept being awoken to the sound of slamming doors. This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in as far as actually being able to sleep. The receptionist was very sweet and apologetic though about the bugs so I guess that's something. :/
