  I remember I stayed at this hotel back in 2010 when we came as a group from Saudi Arabia for a short course. It was a great experience and it was snowing at the time. I loved setting there having breakfast at the morning. Lovely people. I remembered a young lady in the reception, and a very old lady also. I forgot their names but I wish they’re doing great. Time went fast. Beautiful memories ❤️

  I'm a Diamond Elite IHG member I stay in an IHG hotel 4 to 5 nights a week and this location is an awful experience front desk was rude very unfamiliar with her job parking lot was filthy and had loud visitors outside I highly recommend staying at another Holiday Inn

  Being renovated is a crappy excuse for lack of quality…reserved a suite and it was simply a larger room with minimal furniture. It looked almost empty. The ice maker did not work so I had to go to the gas station for ice. I could barely connect to WiFi if I stood by my room door. Pathetic.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the worst motel experiences I’ve had. When we checked in, the air conditioner in our first room didn’t work, so we had to move to another room. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. The shower had mold, the handheld shower sprayer had such extreme pressure that it sprayed everywhere, making it impossible to safely wash our baby, and there was a loose floor tile next to the bathtub that felt like a serious safety hazard. The worst part happened on the morning of checkout. Housekeeping entered our room without knocking or announcing themselves while my wife was breastfeeding our baby. That was a complete invasion of our privacy and completely unacceptable. After reaching out to the hotel to give them an opportunity to make things right, the situation only got worse. Instead of addressing my concerns, I felt like I was being called a liar. I was repeatedly told the manager was “always on duty,” yet no manager ever returned my calls. I eventually had to contact the corporate office because the hotel refused to resolve the situation. To make matters even worse, I was later informed that the manager’s report described me as “unstable.” I strongly dispute that characterization. At no point was I disrespectful or threatening—I was simply trying to address legitimate concerns about the condition of the room and the invasion of my family’s privacy. I found that statement unprofessional and insulting. Between the poor room conditions, the lack of privacy, and the way my concerns were handled afterward, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I expected much better from a Holiday Inn. I cannot recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.
