  I can’t say enough wonderful things about the hotel and staff at Staybridge Suites Lexington. We hosted a destination wedding in Lexington, and all of our guest stayed at the hotel. Every guest had glowing feedback, praising the delicious breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful pool, and spacious rooms. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our VIP guest feel welcomed and appreciated. They made everyone feel at home and added so many thoughtful touches throughout the weekend. They even organized a special welcome reception complete with drinks, a ballon arch, and a custom wooden “J” featuring our initials for photos. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, hospitality, and the effort they put into making our wedding weekend so memorable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our celebration so special!

  Although Under renovation, it only got noisey at 9:30 a.m. when breakfast was over. But overall a pleasant experience.

  We stayed here twice within a few days of each other. Katie was extremely nice and helpful getting us a new room after our ac wasn’t working. We were overcharged for one of our stays and when we brought it up to the front desk since we were confused and we were told that it was not on the hotel and we’d have to call IHG customer service directly. We did that and were told it was the hotel who charged us incorrectly and they are responsible for our refund. We called to talk to someone again about this and was met with a rude response and the employee cursing under his breath at us. Completely unprofessional and rude when we were simply trying to rectify the mistake they made and denied.

  Amazing hotel!!! Loved my time there!! Very clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again.

  close to the interstate. rooms were nice. accessibility room was good, beds low and open underneath and comfortable. bathroom is large and easy to navigate. room was large and easy to navigate. easy to use controls for ac and blinds. door is too heavy for a wheelchair user to open and traverse alone, so keep that in mind. free breakfast was good. biggest problem was the smoking area is right at the entrance along with outside seating and a fire pit. have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in or out.
