  My King Suite 234 was extremely noisy! Loud noises throughout the day and night made for an unpleasant stay in an otherwise comfortable and clean room. It was hard to sleep without waking up several times at night. There was a sound every so often from a surrounding bathroom that was like a loud disposal unit grinding trash. At one point around 5:30 am there was a loud knocking sound coming from the walls and the sound of dripping and gushing water that woke me up. Additionally a high-pitched whine from the refrigerator in the room turns on every so often, which is especially annoying at night, and the vent in the hallway opposite my room door is continuously blowing cold air extremely loudly. Finally there is a rumbling noise and vibrations coming from the floor off and on during the day (maybe due to the laundry room below?). I am sitting on a vibrating sofa right now writing this, looking at the bright side, it's like sitting in a massage chair :). I hope the Hotel does something about all this because I would like to stay more at IHG hotels, which are good value, but with their thin walls in the newer ones (heard the person upstairs moving around early morning), and all these other issues that I mentioned, I am conflicted.

  Our stay was excellent. From check in to check out, everyone was fantastic. Demetrius was at the front desk and was great! He had ua ready to go in less than a minute and even answered all our questions. House keeping are excellent! Our room was clean, stocked and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

  Had a great experience. Shane & Abbey were wonderful. Both had great customer service, polite, and just very friendly. Went out of their way to make my stay amazing.

  Very bad experience at this Holiday Inn. I booked through Booking.com, but the hotel insisted I hadn’t paid and claimed the payment on Booking was just a “deposit” that would be refunded. In reality, I was clearly charged twice. Completely unacceptable.
