  The rooms are very nice, but are very noise. Every night if you are not on the top floor it sounds like someone doing flips or stomping around above you. We also had one room for a week where there was a flood light in the window, very hard to sleep. And no asking for a top floor doesn't work either, they don't see the notes. So if sleeping is not a to priority it is a perfect room, very lovely.

  Booked for 2 nights. Left after 1. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Not sure if it was a dry trap or some other plumbing problem. We got febreeze odor eliminator spray and it didn’t help. The shower was not clean. There was hair, mold and even a used disposable razor left in it. We were really looking forward to spending another day in Lex but decided just to drive home a day early. Very disappointing for a Hilton Hotel.

  This is the best place the staff is awesome.the rooms were very clean and there even pet friendly. Neighborhood is a good one.

  No cart available but wouldn’t allow 11:30a checkout instead of 11a sharp. Room card turned off at 11a sharp so i was prevented from using exercise room before leaving. Very unfriendly morning customer service staff and maid service carts in middle of hallway blocking path to elevator :( :(

  **Updated - I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. I booked a stay while visiting family at the hospital, and due to the circumstances, I needed to cancel part of my reservation. At no point was I told there would be a non‑refundable policy or any cancellation fee. When I requested a refund for the unused night, the hotel refused and kept my money. The lack of transparency and the unwillingness to work with guests during difficult situations says everything about their customer service. I will not be staying here again. I’ve already switched to one of their competitors, who consistently provides far better service and actually honors refunds when needed. ****I did try to call and no one is ever there, available, or will call back. I will absolutely never stay at this hotel again. We originally chose this specific property because we had a family member in the hospital right across the road. When he was suddenly transferred to a hospital in a different city, we had to check out early. Despite the emergency situation, the hotel completely refused to issue a refund for the remaining nights and kept my money. I was never told there would be a strict cancellation fee, and their total lack of empathy during a family crisis was unacceptable.Against my better judgment, we stayed a second time, and it was even worse. We found cockroaches in our room and had to go through the hassle of being moved. In the new room, the sink immediately became completely stopped up. Since they had already screwed me out of my money on our previous stay, we forced ourselves to finish the nights we paid for so we wouldn't lose more cash. As soon as that stay was over, we moved to a much nicer competitor.The surrounding competition has vastly superior customer service, cleaner rooms, and actual flexibility with refunds when medical emergencies happen. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
