  Best Western Lexington Inn is good for the price. Excellent customer service. Traveling with kids, we had 2 two queen rooms. The beds are crisp, clean, very comfortable. Room 204’s shower was the best we’ve had this entire trip-awesome water pressure, clean. Large functioning TV, rooms have fridge, microwave. Room 204 has a connecting door to adjacent room -but the kids were down the hall in 211. The queen rooms are so spacious that a twin bed could be placed in it and the room would still be very comfortable to move about in, and without compromising safety. If I’d known this, I might have added a roll away twin (don’t know if they offer this) instead of a second room. Free breakfast, free coffee, ice machine outside elevator, pool was closed for maintenance, laundry on 3rd floor. Having said that; vacuuming all carpet edges, corners, behind and around all furniture is necessary. The carpets are dark but dust, stuff, and stains still very notable throughout the hallways and in the rooms. The first floor has a musty smell -we stayed on the second floor and no smell. See pic for back exit on first floor that, once remedied, might solve this. This Best Western building is old, the single elevator is small but has clean comfortable beds and bathrooms.

  Okay so I booked through a third party. And Eric at the front desk wouldn't check me in. I will be reporting this incident to an upper manager. This was way unnecessary. Maybe i saved myself from getting bed bugs because as I was leaving someone was complaining of some bugs. What a trash 0 star hotel. Great work 👎🏾

  No hot water or compensation for not being able to take showers. Kind of glad because the shower heads look like they have never been cleaned before. Rooms have some terrible white lighting in them that makes them really unwelcoming. Beds are decent. TV remote was a joke, had to press a button about 10 times for it to work. Not a good value stay, but the employees were nice.

  Perfect for a quick stay off of 75. Rooms were readily available at a late hour. It was clean and well priced. Breakfast wasn't wonderful, but perfect for getting back on the road. 100% recommend if needing a place to rest for the night.
