  I was in LaGrange for the greater part of two weeks and I stayed here. At first, I was hesitant to book here having read some of the negative reviews but this place is under new ownership and you can toss the negative reviews out the window. This hotel was so well run. The hotel was so clean, both inside and out. My room in particular, 341, was huge. My bed was so comfortable. There was a sitting area with some comfortable chairs and a table set up in front of the T.V.. There was a good sized fridge and a microwave in the room which is convenient because I was able to keep some drinks cold that I bought at the Walmart next door and I could reheat leftovers from the restaurants that are with in walking distance, in a few cases right next door. The location is so perfect too, it really can’t be beat. It’s right off of the highway if you’re just passing through or need to get to the greater Louisville area. It’s centrally located in LaGrange and close to everything LaGrange has to offer, from shopping to dinning, to Main Street. The staff here is helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast is served daily. The hotel manager/owner of the hotel is so welcoming and friendly. I was always met with a smile and made to feel at home. If you find yourself in LaGrange, whether just passing through for the night or staying for a bit, stay here, you’ll be happy you did.

  While Best Western Ashbury Inn was typical for this level hotel stay, I have to give a shout out to the manager Bhavna Patel for the amazing coffee machine (with the option for espresso shots) in the lobby of this establishment. What a difference it makes when you wake up in the morning! The last place I stayed the coffee was bitter brown water and I wandered through parking lots to get to a McCafe. Good job Best Western!

  New owners saying they took over just a few months ago. We stayed here for Louder Than Life 2026 and I must say the customer service was top notch. Courteous, kind, and even helped out with my fiancé's granddaughter when she needed a pencil and scissors so she could do her homework. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the area just outside Louisville, KY. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay pleasant. Especially the kind lady who was in charge of the continental breakfast each morning. Such a kind and pleasant woman.

  Conveniently located by a fabulous Mexican restraunt. The morning breakfast was awesome. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean and neat. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner for my hair and the water was nice and warm. If I ever come this way again. I’m coming to this hotel.
