  I have not even stayed here and I am already dreading it. The location charged my card for the incorrect amount (about $200 more than it should have) without warning after I asked multiple times if my card was going to be charged and they told me "no." I had to move the dates of my stay and asked what the new rates would be and they told me not to worry because my trip was already paid for and I woke up to a huge charge on my card of the wrong amount. I have tried contacting the location for the last week (at the direction of BW customer relations) and the manager of the location is never there. One employee tells me the manager is out of office, while another tells me they have no manager all while being told that if I want to resolve my problem the manager is the only one who can help me. So is there or is there not a manager at this location? I don't know what to believe and have gotten no help with this situation at all. Not even a conversation with the manager... who may or may not exist. Will update my review if I end up staying at this location, but so far they are not doing great. If you are someone who likes help with questions about your reservations, this may not be the best place to stay as there is never a manager on site to help you.

  Rooms were clean and cheap, lots of things broken , first floor had a weird smell, Owner was nice when I checked in and asked for a good review before I even checked in, should have been a red flag, I had a few strange bites after sleeping here, stained bath towels that I had to exchange, I was told I needed a ticket for breakfast ..?! AC was loud as heck and not great, I had the ick factor but was to tired to leave.. Hardly any choices for breakfast , Not the Best Western I am used to, never have I seen a stained bathroom towel in a hotel…KY was disappointing for hotels, I’ll stay in TN next time !

  My boyfriend and I had a last minute one night stay we had to make and let me just say this place was fantastic. Every staff member we met was so polite and really made us feel welcome. Between being personable and also cracking jokes it was such a welcoming environment. The room was awesome and very clean! The breakfast was awesome too! If i’m ever back in Hopkinsville this is my first choice!

  What a nightmare of a night. They put us by the elevator and the noise began at 5am. Elevator rooms should be half price! They have absolutely no sound barrier to the room. Then we went down for breakfast shortly after 8 and there was almost no food left. The reception lady was extremely haughty and said they don't put food out after 8. There were 8 people in trying to get breakfast with 1/4 cup biscuits and gravy, 2 biscuits, 1 cup scrambled eggs, NO meat (sausage nor bacon even had a spot) NO milk for cereal, NO coffee cups. NO bread for toast, no other pastries available, NO hot cereal options. Part of the reason for booking a Best Western is to hit the road with a full belly and cup of coffee. That breakfast could not have ever been fully set up to begin with. Her only response was a flippant, arrogant, "We don't set food out after 8. Talk to the manager." Addendum: to clear confusion, we had room 224 on Sept 4th, checking out on Sept 5th. Best Western has hyphenated my name and have not let me remove my old lady name. We have alked multiple times to be able to update to my (now 7 year old) new name to no avail.
