- DMDalton MorrisJun 21, 20265.0I was a little worried because of the reviews, but I had a decent stay this last week. I was up there for seven nights for work(WC Handy fest). Didn't have any issues at all. Breakfast was good, room was good, shower was awesome with lots of pressure. Kim was nice, I don't know why people have issues with her, matter of fact, everyone I encountered was super friendly. The food prices in the hotel lobby are also really affordable, perfect for a late night snack. I'll definitely be staying there again if I have to be in Henderson for work.

- NENick ElrodApr 1, 20261.0My son had baseball tournament in Henderson this past weekend, we had 7 family's on the team we booked at the hotel over the phone. Upon check in some families were asked to place a $200 cash hold for their rooms (which was not mentioned over the phone) which is "how they keep this riff raff out". Kim the manager was rather rude about several things during our stay. The worst experience of the hotel was we were charged $200 on our card after our stay because they said our room smelled like Marijuana. We said we hadn't smelled or been anywhere near Marijuana ( keep in mind we are a group of families with young kids). They told us we were lying and we would not get our money back. Now im not upset as much over the money but being told your lying when you know your not is more than frustrating. I will be sharing my experience on all indiana and kentucky travel ball Facebook pages so hopefully No one else has to have the experience we did. I know alot of their business is probably for the baseball park due to not much else in the area and evansville being just down the road.
