The room was clean, inviting and the staff at the front desk very kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. Close to food also.....we lacked for nothing.

The older lady working the breakfast service seemed in a very bad mood. It was crazy in there that morning and I can’t say I blame her. Everyone has a bad day.

It’s not the closest hotel but it was not difficult to get to the ballpark from here. In addition there are lots of shops and restaurants in the area and you can feel very safe in Florence Kentucky. Hotel was very clean and really comfortable. Our friends that also stayed at this hotel said they slept so good it was the best night sleep they’ve had at a hotel ever. Definitely want to come back!
