- JFJennifer Felton2 days ago5.0The room was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed at our disposal. I was extremely pleased with the manager Jeffrey. However, the night managers weren't helpful at all during our traumatic experience of not having a parking space for my vehicle the night of Sunday, October 11. The parking situation threw a wet blanket over what was a fantastic stay at Staybridge. Big rig trucks shouldn't be allowed to occupy 4 parking spaces! Selfish, narcissistic behavior!!!

I really liked that the front desk staff was professionally dressed too. It made an impression. I would 10000% stay here again.

Requested the items back within 24 hours after leaving and had zero help. They disappeared I suppose… we stay at a lot of hotels. Always get honest quick service. This was very disappointing and a first for us.

I extended my stay and had to change room, but was unpleasant the way I was treated from the lady in the Reception desk the morning of Oct 8.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and our room was both spacious and spotless. A standout feature was being able to control the TV from a smartphone, which made finding channels for the kids a breeze. Add in the very comfortable beds, and it's a place we will absolutely book again the next time we're in the area.
