    We stayed one night in this hotel, and it was alright. I wouldn't stay again. We were booked for a king room. We went to the second floor for our room. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed and there was hair all in the bathroom. I called down to request a new room. The receptionist was very nice and said it would be no problem. When we went downstairs, not only did she not have anymore king rooms but also she put me and my 6 year old at the very end of the hallway right beside the side entrance door. We had to listen to people enter the hotel all night plus I was a little concerned about our safety just being a female with her small child. It felt like we were punished for switching rooms. It was a random Tuesday and the hotel didn't seem to be full. I didn't complain because we only stayed one night and used points for the room, but we wouldn't stay here again.

    Mary and Kelly were very welcoming. Unexpected pleasant experience! Room was spacious and clean. Location is very convenient. Loved having coffee at the lobby all the time, too. AC in the room was very loud, though.. It is the sole reason why I didn’t give 5 stars.

    It was definitely not what we are used to as IHG Rewards members. They seriously need an update for this hotel. I was not thrilled with the rooms - they smelled overly of chemical cleaner. Very outdated location. Did not appreciate the smell of weed in the bathroom our last night. It was very pungent at 4 am.

    We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Florence on our recent trip to the Ark and Creation Museum. Location was perfect and there are many restaurants close by. The hotel rooms were both clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Marisol kept our rooms in great shape. Highly recommend this hotel!

    Clean and inviting!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming to me and my family. Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, the interstate, and the airport. We will definitely stay again and I highly recommend this hotel.
