    The front desk staff made a mistake and gave someone else keys to my room. I was in the middle of changing and my door flies open and there is a family standing there. Not cool. Then the front desk person had the audacity to call and tell me she had accidentally given me the keys to the wrong room, but not to worry I didn't have to switch rooms. I won't stay here again.

    We had two wonderful staff people help us both Mackenzie and Jace. Thank you! We attempted to stay at the Sure Stay across town but quickly found that to be a very unsafe place to be. So glad that you could have a room for us! Jace had many people needing him all at once and was doing a great job.

    I arranged my reservation via hotels.com but the Best Western itself refused to honor the reservation price in spite of numerous representations to the contrary. Upon learning of the overcharge, I brought it to the immediate attention of front desk (Abby) management and was repeatedly assured that the overcharge was a systemic error during my three night stay. I am currently challenging the overcharge through my bank because regional management failed to fully refund my account.

    Checked in Friday night , michelle at the front desk was fantastic! We got the king suite with a jacuzzi , everything was just revamped! Saturday breakfast was sausage and eggs plus waffles , then we got the pool all to ourselves all day and the jacuzzi by night. Sunday morning was ham and eggs plus waffles. All together this stay was more than we expected and super enjoyable for a weekend get away! This place was just what we needed!
