My review is less about the rooms. That was as you would expect. The reason I’m leaving a review is because of Amanda, the housekeeping staff and their housekeeping manager. I left my drivers license, credit card and a ring in the hotel room. Upon arriving home I called the hotel and spoke to Amanda. She called me back to let me know they had found my items and would be mailing them. Less than a week later they arrived. I’m so grateful for the incredible customer service and integrity of the staff.

We had a wonderful experience with our waitress, Tennessee. She was extremely kind, friendly, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we had a great breakfast. She even took the time to verify whether or not we had a voucher for a complimentary breakfast, which we really appreciated. Tennessee was attentive without ever being intrusive. She checked on us just enough to make sure we had everything we needed, kept our coffee coming, and always had a pleasant attitude. Her attention to detail and kindness really stood out. Thank you, Tennessee, for making our breakfast such a pleasant experience! You are a wonderful representative of your restaurant, and we truly appreciated your excellent service.

UPDATE Tania the new girl at the front desk is so helpful and so kind so I give her a five-star and just thankful that she was there listen to me help me and make things happen......I'm still here in my second room and it is disgusting it is so dirty as was the first one. The first room had dog hair all over it I asked for a room that was not a pet room as I have severe allergies..The beds are hard like you can feel the boards through mattress. Towels are old and frayed as you'll see in the video, dust everywhere there's just no pride in any cleaning. the girl at the front desk was helpful by bringing key up for my second room.. It's crazy. $124 a night for filth. I will also be emailing the management as well as corporate over this. BIG REGRETS staying here. Your room would be cleaner at a motel 6. Correction it was 450 and 452 not the 200s..

I have been using this location for airport parking for YEARSSSS and I don’t know what has happened recently if there has been a change in management or what? But the customer service has gone EXTREMELY downhill!!! I have nothing against other races/ nationalities but there seems to be a whole new staff that may come from a background that do not value customers? and it’s sad. I never had problems with the previous staff. The guy that used to run the airport shuttle was always kind to me and I always tipped him. This new guy they have running the shuttle is EXTREMELY rude! After lugging my duffel bag through the airport all night and getting to the shuttle shortly before midnight, he refused to even open the back door for me to place my bag in myself and instead forced me and the other 2 in my party to climb awkwardly into a crowded shuttle with all our bags in tow. When I motioned to him that I wanted to put my bag in the back before climbing into the shuttle, he just waved me along as if he was shooing a fly!!! I thought maybe the doors weren’t working since it wasn’t even the normally branded holiday inn shuttle bus -it was just a plain white shuttle- and I thought there may have been a language barrier -hence why he was waving me along instead of using his words- so I disregarded it for the moment. But when we arrived to Holiday Inn to get out of the shuttle, he opened the back doors and was pulling bags out for other riders and chatting and smiling with them! I have never been mistreated like this at holiday inn by a man. Usually their men are very courteous to me and willing to open doors and help where they can, especially when you see someone toting a heavy duffel bag and you work for the shuttle bus to and from the airport you would think Handling bags should come naturally to you! But it’s like he treated me like this on purpose for some reason??? And when I called the next day to speak to the manager, someone else with a thick accent answered the phone, put me on hold forever and then hung up on me. When I immediately called back to let them know that I was placed on hold and accidentally hung up on she then let me know that the manager had left for the day and asked me the reason for my call. I started explaining the situation and she began to talk over me!!! I’m sorry, but I come from years of customer service background myself working at the bank. I definitely have had my fair share of disgruntled customers so I try to be as far as possible being on the other side of customer service. This Holiday Inn location needs some SERIOUS customer service training ASAP! And it’s sad to see the decline because like I said, I have been parking here for at least four or five years and have NEVER felt the way I was made to feel last night and today

An extremely outdated hotel with terrible housekeeping and service is what we found in the two rooms we booked. There was what appeared to be a blood stain behind the bathroom door on the wall. Wallpaper was peeling in spots. The shower curtain was a joke, not even extending the length of the rod. The bathroom has no towel bar in it, so housekeeping lays clean towels on the back of the toilet. The housekeeping only came once in our 4 night stay and didn't even wipe off the nightstand tables in that time. Maintenance took multiple days before they came and fixed a phone and a light that were not working in one of the rooms. The service in the breakfast was terrible. Only 3 people working so tables were constantly dirty when we got there, but they didn't want you moving clean tables together to fit the number of guests you were with and were very rude about that as well. Apparently this hotel is pinching pennies keeping half the lights off in the restaurant during breakfast making for a very unwelcoming atmosphere. This with it NOT being a continental breakfast either. About the only thing this hotel has going for it is being very close to the Cincinnati airport and sitting directly next to I-275 only a few miles from I-75/I-71. This hotel is in need of a complete and total remodel or to be torn down and rebuilt.
