  I love this hotel. Parking was very exsesable. The fountain in the middle makes the whole lobby.it was beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms dor the conference were perfect. My room was clean and stocked. The pool was awesome for me and my child. I wish there had been a hot tub.the food was fantastic and restrooms clean and stocked as well. Thank you for a great stay holiday inn.

  DO NOT STAY HERE. Visible mold on the vent blowing air into the room and a thick layer of mold inside the ductwork upon further examination. Asked for a different room and it also had the same issue of mold in the ductwork. We canceled our reservation and were still charged for the rooms. I don’t think humans are supposed to breathe mold, and it’s especially not worth exposing our 3 month old and 2yr old to it. Still getting charged for a place we didn’t stay due to the mold was icing on the cake.

  Every staff person, from the Front Desk to Tennessee in the Dining Room were friendly, and demonstrated 100% dedication to accommodating my needs. The special rate for park and fly (I stayed at the end of my trip) was new to me and provided financial benefits I have not had in the past. The fountains in the lobby, the shuttle service, the willingness to help me with my bags (when they didn’t have to -thank you, Tennessee!) all contributed to my experience. I will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn Cincinnati Airport again. Gave a 4-star only because of the shower curtain, which had a hole in it and didn’t keep water inside the tub, hard as I tried. Water was on the bathroom floor, which I mopped up with the bath mat.

  Not thrilled about this hotel. Bed bugs and knee down was covered on both legs! No extra bedding, not a single pillow, sheet. Blanket. Opened the closet and nothing. Bed was a brick. Very few towels in bathroom (terrible), toilet paper holder a mile away from toilet, which flushes so slowly. No place to hang your bath towel. One hook behind door. Not good for more than one person. Garbage cans are lacking. There wasn't one in the bathroom!!! Body wash dispenser was completely empty. What gives with skimping on everything. Cockroaches in halls. Elevator so slow. The only redeeming factor was the kind and helpful woman at the front desk. Paid for a suite and not worth it. Very disappointed. After a long trip, you expect better in your room! Want a refund!!!

  The main reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the condition of the facility. The carpet is worn very badly in the 1st floor hallway, the exercise equipment (ALL treadmills) were inoperable. This was very disappointing. I will provide some photos if possible. Let me say what was good. The staff working when I arrived were great. Nice, attentive, and eager to serve. Flying in from a warmer climate I was shocked that the temp was 30 degrees lower than where I left. I don't like cold weather and my room felt like it was freezing. I turned up the temp but nothing happened. The front desk explained the issue and provided me with an extra blanket. I don't know how it happened or who the front desk personnel advised but around 8pm, the heat in my room cut on. GLORY!!! The room warmed up within 30 minutes and I was able to sleep comfortably.
