    This past week my family and I arrived around 1 in the morning to check in after our long day of flights. Check-in went mostly smoothly, but what wasn’t mentioned was that the A/C wasn’t working. Upon entering our rooms both were hot and the A/C was barely doing anything despite being set as cold as possible. We figured we were just hot from moving around so we took some time to cool off and realized the rooms were just too hot to be comfortable. Then we called the front desk and had to ask multiple questions to finally be told the A/C was out. We were switched to rooms that were supposed colder and they were basically the same. After going to the front desk again we were told our only options were two fans. The high the next day was 92 degrees, two fans won’t do anything for you in that weather, it was even above 80 degrees that late at night. After about an hour of wasted time at the hotel, we got a full refund and made the rest of the drive home instead of staying the night. Even if we were just told up front the A/C wasn’t working we could have been aware and gotten home a lot sooner. Not having working A/C in a heat wave is one thing, not disclosing it is unacceptable.

    Our flight was rerouted due to weather. After nearly five hours at the airport, we made a reservation for this hotel initially because of its location to the airport. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! The room: clean, a huge, comfy bed; dark for great sleeping; refrigerator; efficient air conditioning. The bathroom: spotless, strong water pressure, Dove brand products (Thank goodness because we needed them.), face cloths (a personal favorite), and an adjustable shower head. The restaurant: Monica’s smile and kindness will start your day off right! The breakfast buffet hit the spot! No canned fruit or scrambled eggs from powder. Fresh fruit. Fresh, fluffy scrambled eggs. Bacon. Sausage. More!! The front desk: Anita is kind and listened to our predicament. Thank you for breakfast, Anita! If we should find ourselves in Cincinnati for more pleasurable, personal reasons, this will be our play to stay!

    The hotel is very old, dirty, and has a strong musty smell throughout. We arrived around midnight, and another guest who was leaving warned us that there was no air conditioning in the rooms. Despite knowing this, the front desk checked us in without mentioning a word about the issue. When we entered our room, there was no A/C, and it smelled strongly of mold and mildew. It was hot, uncomfortable, and clearly not a room that should have been rented to anyone. The next morning, the front desk told us the only solution they could offer was a fan. That was unacceptable, so we requested a full refund and left immediately. What upset us the most was seeing the hotel continue to check in other guests without informing them that the air conditioning was not working. Being honest with guests about major issues is the bare minimum. We cannot recommend this hotel and would never stay here again

    The breakfast here is very well done. The waitress Tennessee is excellent. She is very friendly and is provided great service. The parking here however is very bad. They allow people from the airport to park here leaving very few parking spaces for actual guests. People park wherever they can, along curbs, in front of exits sometimes causing unsafe conditions. They should choose what business they want to be in airport parking or the hospitality business because the two are not compatible.

    We made a reservation for this hotel for our family of 4. We had a standard two bed room. The room was not bad but the toilet ran constantly all night long. The drains clogged and water was scolding hot. There wasnt a microwave which was disappointing. I also messaged the front desk and asked for extra blankets and pills and shampoo and no one ever responded to our message. At the pool area there weren't any towels, I tried to call the front desk and was put on hold and again never got ahold of anyone. I called again and was put on hold and again didnt get anyone to answer. My husband went to our room and grabbed the only 2 towels we had in our room. (Mind you this was reserved for 4 people). After we got into thr pool it was ice cold. The website said heated pool, that is a gross understatement. My kids were shivering within 5 minutes of being in the pool we had to get them out. We tried to grab a bite to eat at the restaurant in the hotel, we walked into the entrance and no staff was anywhere. Very few people were at the bar or in the dining area. After a few minutes a staff member said to seat ourselves then lead us to a table (despite telling us to find a table) then walked away. We sat at our table and waited for a waiter to bring us a menu so we could decide on drinks and food. We waited several minutes and the same man that sat us walked passed us and was staring at his phone texting instead of waiting on anyone. We waited and tried to get someone's attention and continued to wait. After no service for another 15 minutes we walked out. This was a terrible start to our stay. We went to long horn steak house. We also want to warn people who may be considering a stay here that the parking lot of absolutely terrible. Parking lot is far too few on spaces and there was cars parked in the road ways. Cars were blocking other cars in their spaces. It was a nightmare to get in or out. We will not be returning to this hotel in the future.
