    Our stay was okay, we just had a few issues such as AC not working properly and room was very warm so we changed rooms and AC wasn’t working properly in second room either, fridge wasn’t working, the floors along the walls were dirty with hair and someone’s fake finger nails, the tub had hair in it from previous persons stay. The pool was not clean either, tons of nasty floaters in the pool and it was cloudy. The breakfast buffet was great and our server Tennessee was exceptional.

    I came down for breakfast this morning and Tennessee was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a bright smile, immediately asked what I’d like to drink, and made me feel very welcome. She allowed me to choose my own seating and continuously made sure I had everything I needed, keeping my coffee and orange juice refilled the entire time. I honestly didn’t get the best sleep due to a smoke detector beeping in the room next to me all night, so waking up tired and coming downstairs to such positive energy from Tennessee really made a difference in my morning. Excellent customer service and a genuinely pleasant person.

    I want to say that Tennessee was absolutely 💯 on point with her outstanding service and being so helpful when we met. She went above and beyond to verify if I should have had the breakfast coupons that I was not aware of and made sureI was taken care of during my stay. I also want to add your bar staff in the evening. The young lady at the bar....and I'm sorry I don't remember her name....made me a delicious strawberry margarita. She was sweet and kind. Very friendly as well. I would definitely come back to this hotel because of them. They were awesome! Give these ladies a raise! They deserve it!

    Tennessee is the reason it got 5 stars. What stood out to me most during our travels across the U.S. was our experience in Tennessee. We stay in a lot of hotels, but I’ve never had such an exceptional breakfast experience, all thanks to one incredible server. Her enthusiasm and work ethic truly set her apart—she goes above and beyond to make sure every guest has a wonderful start to their day. She brings such positive energy and genuine care to her work, and it shows in every interaction. I honestly wish more hotels had staff like her. She deserves the very best from her employer—a raise would be well earned, and she absolutely should be Employee of the Month again next month. They might as well permanently mount her photo on the wall, because it doesn’t need to come down.

    What was supposed to be a special anniversary trip turned into a very stressful and disappointing experience. We initially received the correct king room we reserved, but shortly after settling in, I had an allergic reaction that required a trip to the ER. We have documentation and photos, and we strongly believe it was due to the condition of the room. After reporting it, the situation kept getting worse. We were moved three different times because of cleanliness issues, including stained bedding. In the end, we were placed in a downgraded room with two double beds instead of the king we originally booked. There were also serious safety concerns. Another guest was given access to our room, which is completely unacceptable. That same person was later able to check out while we were still assigned to the room, which left us temporarily locked out until staff fixed the mistake. On top of that, we’ve experienced multiple unexpected charges on our cards after the stay. We were told by a front desk employee (Anita) that the $99 charges were temporary holds, but another staff member later confirmed they were actual charges caused by an internal error. The communication we received from Anita was not only incorrect but also rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, housekeeping entered our room early on checkout day and rushed us out before the official checkout time, which felt very unprofessional. As a Silver member, this experience was far below expectations. Between the health issue, security breach, and billing problems, this stay was unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and makes changes so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
