  My fiancé and I stayed here for about a week recently. I’d say we might have been more on the high maintenance side with getting tons of packages delivered and needing some extra cooking things. Jordan, Afton, Gail, Emma, Johanna, and the GM went above and beyond to make us feel warm, welcome, and not needy lol. Demas kept the room and entire hotel spotless. I just hope the next hotels we travel to for my fiancé’s work can do half the job this one did. Thank you so much!

  Booked two rooms here last minute after our Airbnb fell through. The girl at the front desk was really friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Super comfortable bed with soft sheets. Close to the highway.

  Stayed to attend a concert at Riverbend. Good location for that. Very nice staff. I was impressed with that! The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel overall was clean and updated. A very pleasant experience especially for the price.

  We come in from out of town, this is a nice hotel, rooms are clean, hotel is newer! Room has its own little kitchen, it definitely nice.. What we didnt like is we got here early around 12:30pm and our room wasnt ready which we understood, so we kill some time come back at 2:30pm and our room still wasnt ready and mind you check in is at 3pm, so we had to find something to do until they called saying our room was ready, and when they finally called and told us it was ready it was 4pm. That to me isnt acceptable, check in is at 3pm and people also like to check in early and we could do anything, so on top of a long drive, and us and our son tired, we spend from 12:30pm to 4pm wasting money and time because the hotel didnt have our room ready. So im upset about that, we spent time, and money to cone down to stay at this hotel and didnt have a room ready for hours.

  I am an IHG member and have been for many many years !! It was a no brainer when I chose this hotel for my Cincy stay. I walked in and was greeted by Jordan who was sweet. We were 2 hrs ahead of check-in time so she held our luggage while we ventured out for a bite to eat. We rec'd a call a little over an hour later stating we could check in. I booked a King Room. I was given Room 214 Overall... Great customer service, FREE parking, excellent amenities, partially renovated/ new building. Spacious room. Large walk through closets w dresser storage. Comfy bedding. Nice kitchen w appliances and dishes (ice maker). Not so great part - Cleanliness. Hair in the bathroom (floor corners, shower wall). My hair is braided up, it ain't mine. Nail clippings in carpet, the shower would benefit from spot cleaning in the corners as well as the black drain. The towels smelled dingy. Probably needs fabric softener. There's a 50 cent piece hole in bathroom wall. Looks like a towel rack posting fell out. The hallways have unfinished paint areas throughout the 2nd floor. Overall the Pros outweigh the Cons and the cons are a quick and easy fix. I must say I had a pleasant check-out w Tricia and her kindness had us leaving w smiles on our face. I'm confident this hotel will make everything mentioned right, and I'd consider staying again.
